Our landscaping company promised that as part of their service they would also maintain our sprinkler system - but they did not do what they promised. Shane Talak who sold us the service also managed the process. He handles everything. It was effortless on my part. Another vendor that is 5 star quality is ARIZONA LUXURY LAWNS. They installed artificial turf throughout my entire property. You should have them on Angie's list if they are not

Description of Work: Performed services as specified and took time to explain things. I would recommend to others! He inspected the sprinkler heads and adjusted one of tHem. He reprogrammed the rain dial control unit to reduce the amount of water needed. He also changed out one of the sprinkler heads that apparently had been giving out way too much water.

Description of Work: Troy Rock, one of the owners, was to be at my home at 4:30 for a repair estimate. He got stuck in traffic and did call to let me know he would be late. Upon arriving, I showed him the problem and within 90 seconds he fixed it without any charge. He then proceeded to review my entire sprinkler and drip system and informed me of the age and some issues I had not noticed. He provided an estimate for redoing my entire system, bringing it up to date and improving the quality of the watering process. The price for work seemed quite fair and it is under consideration. I would also compliment the answering staff who worked hard to arrange my appointment on short notice and recognized my need and concern for a problem tht needed to be cleared up before the upcoming holiday. Troy was most professional, even giving me tips on my plants, he is a certified arborist, knowledgeable and courteous. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Artificial grass, pavers, concrete walkways, weed pre treatment. The owner himself came out to give us an estimate, which was competitive with another contractor who was late and had a bad attitude. They finished the job promptly, had good communication and the work is lovely, no shortcuts. I will be using him again
