Kitchen was installed quickly.

My initial experience was very positive. However follow up was very unsatisfactory! Let me say office staff was excellent. Always responsive and helpful with my contacts and questions. Installation crew was excellent. Issues began with plant issues! One plant died. A replacement plant came and also died. I then found out that replacement plants are not warranted. The only suggestion was replace it with another plant of the same type at an sufficient cost! No problem solving! I elected not to do that. Since that time I have lost 10 plants!! I had increased watering and covered them with plant netting. I was told they were out of warranty. No additional assistance came. Other issue: I wanted bolders in the front. Size was NEVER discussed. They just arrived and were smaller than I wanted. Follow up service was sadly lacking!

I hired them to add travertine patio, sidewalks and turf to my backyard and move irrigation lines. They did a great job. very professional and I didn't have to micromanage. They were always a step ahead. One crew did the tear out, laid irrigation lines and came back to clean up, a crew to lay travertine and a crew to lay the turf. Supervisor oversaw project and designer came out to give me a design. I would hire them again in a minute! Great experience!

I had my home relandscaped, front & back. Travertine sidewalks & front walk,side walk & patio. Riff-raff rock feature in front with boulders & plants and dark rock all around. Troy recommended lighting which really adds an elegant look! It came out even better than I imagined. Any issues - very minor - were addressed and resolved quickly. I am still getting compliments from my neighbors months later. Happy happy happy. Thank you everyone! On site and in the office. Good experience all around.

The workers were very professional and on time. Every evening I would get a phone call from the office telling me who would be there the next day and what time. From the design to the installation everything was very well done. Highly recommend this company.

Troy was an excellent designer. He had vision where we didn't. Picked all the right plants and a beautiful plum tree. Really nice tile job over existing patio plus boarders. The crews were on-time, courteous and didn't miss any details. Small backyard and patio redo with access only through the living space. Took 5 full days to complete and the crew never bumped a door or anything. Not cheap, but well worth it. Highly, highly recommend.

They were 100% honest and upfront when assessing the job. They worked with us on determining what we could ACTUALLY do based on our budget placing priority on plants that needed to be replaced. It WAS expensive, but months later - all the plants they said would come back with drip irrigation repairs CAME BACK and those they advised us to replace have thrived.

This company and I did not have a great communication during our project. I will admit to half of the problem. They have no problems with not being totally honest directly to your face prior to you signing the contract. On a few of the items they Over-promised and under-delivered in my opinion. We were disappointed about the size of the plants when they were delivered so please ask prior to them getting delivered to your home. The new sprinkler system burst in two locations before it was in the ground 3 months. We had about 10 plants that did not make it that will they have agreed to replace when the weather gets cooler. The job was completed within a week and they cleaned up prior to leaving. The employees that were here seemed very knowledgeable and respectful doing things that I asked them. The employees showed up on time and worked hard all day long. The Company was very good at referring other contractors when they could not do the work.

Project was huge... it involved gas, electric, water, tiling, pavers - and plants! We interviewed several companies, but after talking with Derek and seeing the design he and his wife were able to create and render in video there was really no question who we would hire. Derek stayed with the project throughout, shopping for tile with us, managing the inevitable change orders and helping convey our thoughts/ideas to the construction crew. The construction crew was multi-disciplined and managed by Darrell... who was fantastic and available to answer questions throughout construction and even after the job was completed. Communication with the office staff was consistent and clear - we always knew when a crew was coming to work. No job of this scope is without snags; the initial set up took longer than we would have liked. The first round of plants did not survive. We even changed a few plan aspects as the crew was working (we were likely considered pains in the neck more than once by more than one crew member - but the message from the workers was always the same... "This is a custom project for you; we want you to be happy." ). We knew there would be snags and would recommend this company highly because they knew how to handle them - and wanted to. The point is not to get it perfect all at once. The point is to get it right. And they did. We would recommend them highly.

They came out and gave me a quick estimate then within 2 weeks scheduled my job. Completed my yard in 5 days and did a great job. Luke made sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Once got the communication resolved they did what they said would do. They did come out and completed the work. Also did clean up after themselves. I am very satisfied with the completed job.

They are not completely finished but I’m quite pleased with their work thus far.

While slightly more expensive than others, they were very thorough in explaining what they would do, did an excellent job and were very prompt in getting started and in finishing up the project. Very pleased with all aspects and well worth the money

I was a little taken back by the price quote as it was higher than what I was anticipating or planning to spend. However, from the very start of the project to the very end, I truly felt I got my money's worth. We were initially scheduled 10 weeks out, but received a call a week after the quote that a time slot opened up and they could start the next day. This was great! A supervisor, Luke, arrived with a crew of three to go over plan, introduce the crew. Armondo, foreman of the crew of two went right to work, delivering and spreading rock, making river beds. Armondo included us when deciding landscape ideas, and he had excellent ideas and advice. They all worked very fast and professionally, very polite and conscientious with everything they did. I am most impressed and happy with everything they did. We had 35,000 tons of rock spread over 7,000 sq feet and river runs with river rock. They cleaned up after each day and it took two days. We received phone calls from the office every step of the way informing us of times and what would be happening.

Carlos Flores, co- owner, remains with his crew working beside them for entire time. A good group. Listens and follows instructions. Thoughtful of his crew. Could use additional knowledge of pruning.

The customer rep lied to us. Did not perform the work that we requested. It doesn t look any different than before they came.

A wonderful company to work with. From the very first contact to a completed job was easy. It was a complete backyard makeover. Our backyard was literally sinking in dozens of places and by the time it reached within 3â of the house I knew something needed to be done. Zee came out analyzed the problem and gave us choices. His crew were amazing, Anthony, Sam & Tony were amazing. It was like watching 3 artists painting a canvas. They had the job completed in 3 1/2 days. It was moving all the original rocks from back to front, taking out the original lawn along with the ugly bricks, and the old sprinkler system! And the patio. We now have a beautiful patio, lawn, and pea gravel. We love it. This is one of the easiest companies we have worked with, and it included a written warranty covering everything. This is the only landscaping company I will recommend.

I was very happy with this company. They were on time and got right to work. They made a walkway from the front door to the sidewalk. They also, replaced some paving stones and the walkway from the driveway. They did an excellent job. I also, had run some electrical and water and a shelf to where I plan on adding a fountain/ birdbath. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again in the future. Thank you, Troy
