I thought they were very professional and I was very satisfied with the work.

Was impressed by the time they took to show me different trees and plants for our yard. Work was done promptly and everyone was very nice. There was always someone present who spoke good english. I am still in the process of finishing everything up, but up to now everything has been great. 6 months same as cash was helpful for those that don't want to lay down a chunk of cash at one time.

Masterscapes were knowledgeable and competitive, but it took almost 3 weeks to get the team out, their communication was very poor (I had to call three times to get scheduled) and worst of all I was disappointed by their execution of the stump removal. There was a large shrub close to the stump that I was told wouldn't be a problem, but the heat from the exhaust from the stump grinder ended up killing about one-third of the shrub. Hopefully it will grow back. I wish they had put a sheet over the shrub or just come and rung the doorbell (I was home and showed them to the stump) so I could put some kind of protection over the shrub.

We had a great experience with Masterscapes. They came out and gave us a quote for a pretty large job. We had a tree that was falling apart. They gave us options to choose from. We chose to have the tree taken down. We also had our landscaping trimmed and fertilized. Our yard looks wonderful and our plants look healthy. We would use this company again.

Highly knowledgeable personel that was able to give me recommendations for what I needed to do now vs. things that could wait for the future. Understands that folks are on a budget these days and will do what they can to work within your budget. Professional and timely service provided. I think the yard was cleaner after they were done than when they started!

They did not complete the service on the orginal date scheduled. The office rescheduled and on that date no one called or came out. When I called the office they insisted that they had sent someone and that the job was done. I was at my house all day. When it was finally rescheduled the service person climbed over the fence without my knowledge even though I was home and had told him to do the trees in front first. He then left without saying anything to me. I had questions about the tree feeding and he just drove off.

We had the best experience with Masterscapes. The sales person was very knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot. The office follow-up was immediate and the job was scheduled within a week. The workers arrived ontime on the day they were scheduled and had the entire job done the same day with excellent quality, attention to detail, and results. These are some of the hardest working people in the Valley and I highly recommend them for any outdoor landscaping.
