Work crews were great and we are mostly happy with the results. Project management was not so great. We were expecting a project manager to visit daily to assess progress and coordinate the work. That did not happen.

Very quality company, easy to work with.

Their quote was a bit more expensive but well worth it. The crews showed up when they said they'd be there and worked hard for full days. All crew members were courteous, respectful of our property and they cleaned up the work site every day before leaving. The job was done within the expected time frame, looks beautiful and the couple of small follow-up fixes were done right away to my total satisfaction. I highly recommend this company

Excellent workers and they did exactly what I wanted in a very timely manner once I got them to start. I subtracted half a star because I was in a ���holding pattern��� for quite a while to get the job started. However, once started, it was 'hi-ho, hi-ho, off to work they go.' The charm is that before payment, they insisted on my complete happiness with the completed job.

workmen were excellent. came on time. Not satisfied with quality of some of the plants and I need to phone them again as some have died. Too many plants in one of the areas.

Jeremiah was very friendly and listened to my ideas for the front yard, and he did everything I wanted and found the perfect bridge for my river bed. And the colors blended perfectly with the brick walls. I couldn't be happier.

Masterscape redid my front yard, cleaned up my back yard and put down rocks, and trimmed three big trees in m yard. They showed up while I was out of town and completed the job in one day. They left my house clean and did a very good job on both the front and back yard. Masterscape waited till I was back in town and was able to see their work before I paid them.

The estimate was prompt and fully explained up front. The crew that arrived to do the removal was courteous and efficient. One man did the cutting and the other two helped him when necessary and kept the ground cleaned up. By the time the crane arrived, the top of the tree was already down and in the truck! Using the crane allowed the large pieces of the trunk to be easily moved from the yard to the alley and into the truck. Whole operation took about 2.5 to 3 hours. Very pleased.

Over priced, did not even trim trees down very much, they never even trimmed the tops of the tress just around the bottom. Could've done better myself and saved 300 dollars.

Very fast service at a great price. They completed all work and were very neat and professional. We had 3 large trees and 5 shrubs removed. I would give them my highest recommendation!

Fast respond a quote, they came in high quote then matched my lowest, several hundred dollars. It took a while to get them to actually do the job, they wanted to reschedule I told them I would get another company, they came the next day. They did the absolute minimum trimming, not at all as promised. I I will have to have the trees trimmed again SOON. I e-mailed pictures and stated, "I would not recommend Masterscape or use them again" they called and said the owner would contact me. I have not heard back.

Jeramiah made a very professional presentation, and answered my questions. The price was reasonable and the contractor was able to schedule the work for the next day. The crew worked very diligently in some rather oppressive heat and completed the job, including cleanup, the same day. We were very pleased with the pricing, and quality of the work.
