very professional..with attention to detail..great job

Took a little of calling and chasing these people around but once they got started they did an awesome job. Derek was awesome in listening to our needs and budget and come up with something we could afford. I did have to do some chasing around to get them to take my payment but it turns out that the company was just busy dealing with the death of one of their own, so it is understandable. I recommend.

We just hope that the grass seed germinates!! Everyone else tells us grass won't grow under pine trees. "Z" says it needs more light. pine trees were trimmed at great expense. We're waiting to see.

BUYER BEWARE-STAY AWAY -Read the contract. Pay attention to the terms they are weighted to MasterAZscapes they have the right to cancel, you (the buyer) cannot without paying a penalty. They will take your Deposit! -Do not give them a down-payment, this is not required by others contractors it traps you in! If you cancel because they do not perform they will take you to deposit with no conscience. This charge will happen even if they provide no drawings, no product, do not return your calls when promised and break commitments. How do I know-lesson learned -Lost over $3100.00 -Got NO help from ROC of Arizona after filing a complaint! -Received no response from the Maricopa County Home Show where we chose this company! Best part: -I'm glad they did not do our job. I'm sure in the long run it would not have turned out as we wanted. -Losing the money was worth it found a great Company in Boarders and Beyond us them!

Sprinklers don't cover entire grass area. Left settings on sprinkler control too high, flooding new grass. Left new install area with not enough dirt to fill to grade after settling.

Masterscapes put together a landscape plan that no other company came close to duplicating. Their plan included a scaled drawing and ideas that no other company thought of. They helped push our thinking on what could be done.

Masterscapes went above & beyond what I wanted / expected in terms of results. They laid down a river rock channel for me that was executed to perfection; I showed them where I wanted it ( the shape & flow of it) for both my front & back lawns. The results were amazing. And they installed my timed irrigation as well (a huge project that involved digging channels & the laying of pipe). Then the gravel rock was added (I requested weed tarp first -- "no problem."). They even will check out the water flow from time to time (at my request) to make sure it's functioning properly. Very professional. I was satisfied / impressed with the overall quality of their work.

Masterscapes did a great job! They were timely, the guys were respectful, fun and answered any questions I had. Troy did the design and gave me ideas I never thought of. I get compliments every day. I highly recommend them. When I can have my backyard done they will be the ones doing it!

I have a small yard yet they treated my small yard like it was an acre. The finished product was beautiful and I am glad I went with automatic watering.

Masterscapes is a fantastic company. Everyone from the office to the installers is professional. Zee was our estimator and project manager . He is professional, helpful, and knowledgeable in every area of landscape and design. He gave wonderful suggestions and guidance. He was available to us and in contact throughout the project and afterward. We had pavers, rock, and flagstone installed as our project done by Masterscapes.

We were very pleased with our decision to hire Masterscapes for our landscape project. During the design process, Zee offered helpful advice and presented ideas to enhance our outside living area. The Masterscapes construction teams were terrific; they were organized, worked hard and respectful. John, the project supervisor, was on site nearly every day, and kept us updated on their progress. The project was finished on time, on budget and more than met our expectations.

Masterscapes is well equipped with crews, machinery and tools to get large, tough jobs completed with few issues. When issues do arise they are very accommodating and resolve quickly. Crew is very hard working, competent and friendly.

Everyone at with Masterscapes it's been great to deal with. Or first contact was Troy with the job. Then Anna the coordinated the job and then John the foreman on the job. All were very professional and completely lived up to what they said they would do.

On time arrival and completion. Quick response to request.

They have been very responsive and they communicate on a regular basis. We are looking forward to the finished landscape.

Jeremiah went far and beyond to find time to both cut and install the pavers for my sidewalk. Great job! I will hire him again!

Prices seem a little high, but I confess I did not compare. Absolutely no complaints about the work done, the material, the workers who were unfailingly polite and conscientious. Would use them again.
