John did a fantastic job on cleaning, polishing anding making my beat-up concrete floors brand new - I don't know how he did it! He is RELIABLE, detail-oriented, communicative, punctual, delivered exactly what he promised and just put me at ease. Thank you again!

He arrived promptly at the agreed time and stripped the old wax off my kitchen floor and put new wax down. It was so pretty it looked like glass! He was also very pleasant and very knowledgeable about floors and floor care products. He even gave us the name of a friend of his who did carpeting, and we decided to go with him to get the whole house re-carpeted My neighbor was so impressed that she had him come to her home and do all of her house carpet cleaning.

He was excellent. He was on time and he was very friendly. I would definitely use him again. I would definitely recommend him. I didn't really shop around. I got estimates from two people and because he could do grout I chose him. I got exactly what I paid for. It was worth what he charged. He did an excellent job. He came when he said for the estimate and he was a little bit early to do the work. I would absolutely use him again.

The floors were overdue for this care. We are very happy with the results. Martin's All Floors Service was easy to work with (getting an estimate, scheduling, and finishing the work) and we feel the cost was reasonable. Great care was taken to protect our walls from damage during the cleaning process.

They were on time for the estimate and the crew did an excellent job in the details of groutlines.

Estimate and scheduling went off without a hitch; John accommodated my request to get the job done before SuperBowl Sunday's gathering. This is a very poorly executed etched concrete floor done by an amateur so my expectations were realistic; just get it looking cleaner. John did just that, moved everything that needed to be moved and returned it to where it belonged. No fuss or mess..good job overall. Professional, prompt and efficient. I had gotten 3 bids; John's was in the middle and reasonable.

Setting up an appointment to get an estimate was easy. He showed up on the first day of work on time and ready to start. Walked me through each aspect of the job. Came back the next day, right on time, and finished the job. There were no problems, no extras, no delays. Did everything he said he would, very professional, and it came out great.

John was immediately responsive to my call, punctual for our appointment and thorough in his examination and estimate of what the job required as we were dealing with older satillo tile in a recent home purchase. This was an arduous two day job, especially difficult in the areas that required stripping and new grout staining. The overall results were excellent. John returned promptly at our request to do some minor touch up and promised to come again once the move in was completed and address any necessary areas. He couldn't have been more pleasant or professional to deal with and I would highly recommend him.

John came out and gave us an estimate on the morning we called him. His estimate came in on the lower side of all of hte estimates we received. Once we notified him that we were going with his company, he started a few days later and finished before the following weekend, which was important to us as we were waiting to move in. John was wonderful to work with, very flexible and described exactly what he was going to do. He called to follow up after the work was completed and to tell us how to keep up the floors. We were very pleased with the whole experience and will use his company again.

Cost was less than expected. I got an estimate for more from another provider. I also had him do an additional two floors. He did a great job.

This was the second time we used Martin's All Floors and loved it! He cleaned our terrible old tile in our previous home and made it bright and shiny! We just moved into a new build and he light cleaned and sealed all the tile in our home to keep it looking brand new! He was timely, courteous, and respected our home environment! The job looks great and we will definitely use him again!!

John did an excellent job. The carpet was cleaned and stretched better than I had anticipated. I had used other carpet cleaners in the past and his service was superior by far. In regards to the travertine and limestone flooring. This was a two day job. He arrived when expected. The floors look better than they did when they were first installed. Great Job.

John came out to buff my new tile floors. He quoted me a price over the phone and extended me the Angie's List discount per his coupon. When he got here though, he told me right away that he didn't think we needed his service, that a simple manual solution would be best. In my mind, this was professionalism at its best. I'll gladly call John out for any future (real) jobs!

John was on time to provide an estimate for the work, was thorough and answered all of our questions. The work was scheduled for the next week over two days and they even showed up a little early. They prepped all the newly painted walls and baseboards and prevented any damage to the paint. They worked very consistently and carefully and the floors turned out great! We had a large pull at a carpet joint that made a visible hole so John expertly repaired it so that it is not visible at all, even matching the textured design of the carpet. They were very professional and personable and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them.

On time for the on site estimate and followed up with us a couple of days later to "earn our business". He and his wife worked for one full day on their hands and knees and with the help of their industrial cleaning tools got our dirty floors looking new again. There was considerable work to be done moving furniture and we all pitched in to get that part done. He owns his own company and works to earn your business.

Excellent job on everything. He arrived one day to quote and test the slate floor. He took the two large area rugs to clean at his facility and returned a couple of days later to complete all of the work. I was amazed at how clean the carpets were, including the area rugs; and the slate floor has never looked better. The owner did all of the work. He even offered to make an extra trip to come back and help me replace the area rugs a few days after the floor was sealed. I will definitely use this company again!

They did the polishing with a machine and some wet compound. They did a pretty good job looking at the fact that my house flooring is quite old. Their price was reasonable as well.

John was delightful to work with. He was very friendly, professional and did a great job. He arrived on schedule and finished on schedule. He did everthing he promised, plus some extras. We are delighted with his performance and would recommend him to anyone.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. We were given a quote just a few days after calling and had the services completed the same week. They did an excellent job and the tile looks as good as new.

Great company to work with. We bought an investment/second home in Arizona and I was only there about 10 days to clean, start on the painting and have services taken care of like locks changed, carpets cleaned, and things of that nature. A big job was cleaning the tile and grout...which I don't think had been done in the nine years the house had been occupied and the one year it sat vacant. The light "sand" colored grout looked brown! Ick. I called several floor tile cleaning companies and of them, Martin's was the only one to get back to me right away, was very professional and was able to give me a quote based on the information I gave them. I had to fly out very early the morning the work was to be done but I made arrangements to have someone let them in the house and I left a check on the counter. Martin's arrived right on time, set up and began working right away according to the person who let them in and who then popped in and out during the three hours hours Martin's was at the house. It's been 2.5 months since the work was done and I just saw it for the first time the day before Thanksgiving. Some of the walls...and baseboards...had been painted before Martin's cleaned and sealed the tile and there was not a scratch on them from their equipment, the floors look wonderful and the grout is back to the light color I was hoping for. I took a chance, left the money on the counter and hoped for the best. I was very pleased with their work and would use them again. Great. John was on time both days, first to provide an estimate and the next day to do the work; excellent work; the floors appeared near brand new. Would definitely use John again.

John thoroughly cleaned and sealed the ceramic tile and grout on my kitchen floor. He also cleaned and sealed the saltillo in my foyer. John did an excellent job. The ceramic tile and grout in the kitchen are thoroughly cleaned. The Saltillo in the foyer shine like glass. I am very pleased.

Martin's was very professional, prompt and went right to work cleaning the floors, doing some fill in grout work and resealing the tiles. I appreciated that he had all his equipment right there and had his game plan in place- he was very thorough even pulling out the stove and the refrigerator to get into all the dirty spaces. I ended up paying more than the original quote due to the use of the grouting and the resealing. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to get their floors really clean.
