Went great!! We are in the process of re-doing a kitchen but keeping the tile floor. John gave us a free estimate and was able to do the floor the next day. He cleaned the tile and grout. Since there were 2 different colors of grout used in laying the floor, we decided to go with the color-seal in a medium grey. The floor looks brand new and we love the new grout color. I highly recommend using this company for what ever you need.

Cleaned tile, grout and sealed. Plus repaired some grout. Did a good job of matching a difficult to match grout color. Cleaned all baseboards. Even pulled out refrigerator and wiped down wall behind. Very pleased with work. Would recommend to anyone needing floor cleaning.

John is a personable young man who really cares about giving good service. Our concrete floor had not been professionally cleaned for 15 years and was badly soiled in a number of places. John scrubbed all areas of the floor at least twice and made more passes over the worst sections. The next day he applied four coats of a high quality sealant. Prior to the cleaning, he had helped move furniture that I could not move by myself, and he helped to move those items back after the sealant dried. I received some lower bids for this job but John's bid was in the ballpark and the quality and care he provided made the few extra dollars well worth it. I certainly recommend him and will use him again.

My uncle lives in a multi-story apartment and the equipment, which remains in the van could not reach my uncle's apartment. We really need to find someone with a portable system. I was very touched by Mr. Martin's professionalism. He owns the company and answers the phone. I selected him because he had an A rating on Angie's List and many great reviews. I would like to add mine to the list. Thank you, Mr. Martin.

I love these guys, the floors look great. They offered to move my washer and dryer so they could clean behind it, that's a 1st. I will definately have them back.

Excellent servie floors and carpet looked great explained what he was going to do.and areas that were difficult to clean he showed me why.such as grout cracked or most of it missing.I plan to have them back to clean my furniture.

John did an excellent job on both the grout and carpet.. He arrived on time and completed both jobs in less than 3 hours. I had the carpet stretched in two other rooms by another contractor a few years ago. I paid about twice as much and was responsible for moving all of the furniture myself. My experience with John was just the opposite. Great price and he did all of the furniture moving.

John Martin is very polite and friendly. He provided me with an accurate and fair quote the week before the work was done and showed up on time for the cleaning appointment. The floors are very old and he scrubbed and cleaned them gently to avoid damage. I had had the entire interior cleaned and sealed by another company about 3 years ago; but it seemed that the other company may have not put down enough sealant in the den. About a year and a hlf back I had a terminally ill pet who had a urine accident on a small portion of the floor. Because it was not sealed properly, it damaged the flagstone. John touched up the bleached area with colorant and feathered it so that it appears natural.

Extremely polite. Wonderful assistants. The work was done quickly and they moved the furniture which I couldn't do.

It went excellent. They showed up on time. Started to work immediately without delay. While we moved some of the lighter furniture out of the way they moved all of the heavy stuff like the refrigerator, washer and dryer. They paid a lot of attention to the details and left me with a floor that looked like it was just installed. I would recommend their service to anyone who is living with dirty floors, you will not be sorry.

Referred to Angie's list looking for someone to clean and grout my floors. Found Martin's All Floors Service. John Martin came to my home and gave me an estimate, we set a date and time. The work was excellent. Would recommend to anyone who requires this service.

If this contractors work is like his punctuality, and professionalism, I feel sorry for anyone who uses him.

Service was great. Took only a few hours and was able to get some difficult to clean, textured tile cleaned and sealed. I will use this service in the future.

John and his team did a great job. The floors look great...clean and shiny! Our kitchen floor was in pretty bad shape so John made a point of adding a couple of extra coats of sealant. We're very please with the work Martin's did.

John came for estimate, did a small area to determine what he could deliver and came back the next day to clean the floors and grout. Did an excellent job and the floors look like they were just installed.

I am an out-of state landlord who has a home in AZ that needed attention. I was there for only one day trying to get things done. I hadn't known about the attention needed for the carpets. I looked got John's business off of Angie's list and called him. I left a message on his voicemail asking if he could come this day. He was very attentive with calling me back right away. Unfortunately he wasn't able to come the same day I contacted him, but we set a date for him to come. He explained everything he would do over the phone for me and how much it would cost. He came on the day and at the time he said he would. Once the work was completed he telephoned me to tell me what he had done. I was able to give him my credit card number over the phone for payment. John was a very pleasant, upbeat kind of gentleman to deal with. I really appreciated that he sent me an invoice over my email so I could print a receipt for the work done. I have not seen the work he has done yet since I do not live nearby. I am trusting that it was a job well done. If his work is anything like the attention given me over the phone, then I can feel the job was done right.

John did a great job and he was done in under the 2 hours he said it would take. I'll be calling him again when my floors need to be redone..

He was terrific. He was quick to respond and quick to come over. He was always on time. He was neat and very nice.

We had our flagstone and cantera stone floors cleaned and sealed by Martin's. They were on time, efficient and did a wonderful job for about a third of the price of other quotes we had received. Not only did they move all the furniture and replace it when the floors were finished; our floors were overdue to be cleaned, so they had a big job ahead of them. The floors turned out beautifully, I would definitely use them again!

We couldn't be happier. From the initial visit for the estimate through completion of the job, John was professional, courteous and did exactly what he said he would do. He made recommendations that made sense and saved us some money. When he was at the house to give us an estimate, he cleaned a test spot on the grout in the kitchen to give us some idea as to what we could expect. The day of the job, he was on time and completed the job as promised. We plan to use John again in a couple of weeks to clean the tile and grout in the house where we currently live which we will become a rental once our move is complete.

Very professional and courteous. Showed up when scheduled, almost to the minute on both days. Carefully moved furniture and closet items off the floor, Protected the walls with plastic. Did their cleaned and sealed the first day, and returned the second day to polish and grout. Returned all furniture and things to their original location. Good cleanup. Terrific attention to detail. At our request, they advised us on other tile ares of our home. They clearly have years of experience and terrific professional knowledge.
