Description of Work: I have 10 year old, white ceramic tile throughout. After dogs, kids, and adults it was hard to tell if it was still white, even after mopping. John and JJ cleaned today, and it looks so fresh and white, the grout, especially looks great. I was impressed with their willingness to make everything perfect. I still can't believe how clean it is! They were punctual, and were in and out in two hours. They moved furniture, rugs, dog dishes, and put it back after cleaning each room.

+ 0 moreMartin Floors did very nice work on both aspects of their visit. They came on time and moved all the furniture to do a thorough job on the carpets. The caulking job looks very nice, even and smooth. I would highly recommend the services of this company to others in the area.
Description of Work: They first cleaned about 1000 square feet of carpeting in my house. They also caulked around the vinyl flooring in my kitchen and bathrooms.

+ -1 moreMartin rescheduled 3 different times, for the estimate and finally did make it. Very unhappy all around with the process and referral. When he did show he was punctual. I hope to have better luck with others on the list.
Description of Work: They came out for a free estimate. They wanted $50 per tile (18 by 18 ) to replace 10 broken tiles, and we had the tile and grout. I thought that was very high $$. Martins was all service, but when I asked if they laid tile, he said no, but could refer me to some one who did. Martins all floor service

+ -1 moreWe had a kitty issue, she liked to pee on the couches, so they came out and did a pre-treat to get rid of the urine smell and stain and then cleaned all of the cat and dog hair off of the couches and the area rug. I am very pleased with how well it turned out and that smell is finally gone!!

Moved furniture, treated items with respect and covered items that might be splashed in cleaning. Cleaned and polished saltillo tile. Kept me informed through the process. Put furniture back where it was initially. Made sure I was satisfied with the results. Very pleased with work. Fair market price for the excellent work. I will have them come back and do carpets next.

They were polite, trustworthy, efficient, and professional. I would use them again most certainly. Family owned business made it all the better. Their price for the job was very fair, less than another quote I had gotten. They showed up EXACTLY at the time they scheduled.

THEY WERE QUICK, EFFICIENT, AND THE DIFFERENCE IN MY FLOOR WAS TOTALLY OUTSTANDING! I CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH. THEY BROUGHT ALL THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, WHILE PROTECTING MY CARPETING. I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE THEM COME AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL WAY I WAS TREATED, AND THE DIFFERENCE THEY MADE IN MY FLOORS - THEY LOOK BRAND NEW AGAIN.
