Miserable company that treats customers like annoying inconveniences. 1) Marlam delivered and installed damaged quartz countertop 2) Marlam installers incorrectly drilled single faucet hole about 3/4" right of center 3) Marlam installers ruined a new stainless steel sink by scraping the countertop on the sink when countertop was pushed in place 4) Marlam became irritated when the customer spoke up about damages 5) Marlam reluctantly and eventually replaced the countertop and sink they damaged

Joseph Barbee quickly responded to our request for quote. After we sent him a rough drawing of the layout, he sent his man out to get the precise measurements and received the quote for $1207. The installers showed up on the day they promised, worked quickly and neatly, solved a few problems with the installation with minimal effort and cleaned up before they left. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and their professionism. We would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting any type of countertops, whether it be marble, quartz, granite or laminate. They are a solid company.

They put in countertops. Made templates of the pieces, tooled all the granite, measured, and installed. Looks great. I had a problem with the caulking a year later and they came right out to fix it. My compliments to them

WE CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE WE WENT DIRECTLY TO THEIR FACTORY. ALTHOUGH THEY DON'T HAVE A SHOWROOM, THEY SHOWED US GRANITE AND MANUFACTURED STONE (QUARTZ)THEY MAKE. THEY EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO AND THE WARRANTIES OFFERED. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED THE EDGE DETAILS. AFTER THE INSTALL, THE CABINET REFACING COMPANY HAD THE WRONG MEASUREMENTS AND MARLAM CAME OUT AND CUT THE STONE WITH LITTLE MESS. MARLAM ALSO FOLLOWED UP WITH A VISIT A WEEK LATER TO INSPECT THE INSTALL WITH REGARDS TO THE SINK AND CAULKING.
