MARC'S GLASS

We put down a $1000.00 deposit for him to make the glass. He was supposed to come back within 7 days but never did so I finally called him. He had no idea who I was when I called and I ended up having to fax him the written information he'd left. He was supposed to email or text me with confirmation for a Thursday appointment as well as a price reduction. He is supposed to come back with the windows by this Thursday but it's now Tuesday and I've heard nothing from him. When I called to check on things today his voice mail box was full.

They were able to come out the same day I called to repair the broken window panes. They were fast & efficient.

The initial work was performed while the closing of the house was done but they had to return to fix the balancers in the window so it would slide properly. I called them shortly after the house closed for them to come Thursday. They provided me a window from 1 to 5 PM. At this time they didn't even indicate they would call me before arriving but I was going to be around for most of the day. No one showed up. A few weeks later I called to find out what happened and reschedule. They gave no indication why they didn't show up and again schedule me from 1 to 5 PM on Thursday. They were aware I was the new owner in both cases. Somewhere around 2:30 PM the repairmen came and indicated he did not have my phone number on file and wasn't even going to show up. He indicated this was also the reason he didn't show up before. Repairmen completed the work in a few minutes and was on his way. The work seems sound but the lack of professionalism was not.

I made the appointment 6 weeks in advance because we were getting ready to leave the country. They were very prompt in spite of the fact that I made the appointment so early. They did what they were asked to do and did it well. It did cost a lot of money, but that was true of everyone I talked to.

I needed to have the glass replaced in a sliding glass window. I called on Sunday and for a single pane, they quoted $600. I asked how much it would be on Monday, Alex said about 1/2 but they wouldn't be able to do it until the end of the week. I waited until Monday and called another company that quoted $159 to do it the same day. I understand charging more for Sunday service, but this was outrageous. Then, I felt like he was trying to pressure/scare me into going with the high price by saying they wouldn't be able to do it for days. They did call back promptly but, obviously, I chose to go with someone else.

They were responsive. It was a positive experience. I would use them again.

They came and did a good job. I am happy with the work they did and would use them again.

Their work is appreciated, friendly and fast. They're able to do the work at all hours which is appreciated as a business.

They came out and fixed it, now everything is OK. They came out the same day we called. If needed, we would use them again.

No technician arrived within the scheduled time-frame. Furthermore, the company did not notify the Client of any delays, cancellations or re-schedules. Only after the office was called did we receive apologizes. The proposed remedy to reschedule was offered but declined due to conflict with other events. The Client lost time from work to accommodate this appointment.

We were lucky to get him. His work was wonderful. He coordinated everything with the shutter company and he cleaned up after himself. I can't say enough good things about him.

They were here at eight o'clock as they had said and finished their job faster than I expected. Their workmanship was very good and the price was competitive with the other estimates I had asked for to compare.

I noticed that two of my dual pane windows had long cracks running across the surface. Windows are only 4 years old. Contacted Milgard, the manufacturer and they gave me two referrals for service. Marcs's collected all the information needed over the phone, suggested the cause of the problem and gave me a quote the day I called. The other company never returned my call; they came out to verify measurements and windows were ordered and installed within two weeks.

The initial service call went well and I was impressed with their professionalism, but everything after that went downhill. We were told that the parts would be in and replaced in 3 weeks; after not receiving a phone call for over 6 weeks we called and were told that the parts were in and they were waiting for us to schedule a time for someone to come out. We did (very frustrated) and when they came out to replace the parts they were the wrong size. Again, they measured and ordered and after 3 weeks the parts were in but yet again they were the wrong size! This happened 2 more times before the correct parts were replaced. A job that should have taken no more than 3 weeks took over 3 months to complete. We will NEVER use this company again!

THEY CAME OUT FIRST TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD THE RIGHT TYPE OF REPLACEMENT WINDOW. THEN THEY INSTALLED VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH.

THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING TO COME OUT TO MEASURE. DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
