He was very punctual and repaired the problem quickly. Also, he made an upgrade with explanation to my satisfaction. He stayed long enough to make sure all seals held and tested pipe for leaks. Very satisfied.

maloney arrived during the time period promised, did work on drain, cleared. now both kitchen and bathroom sinks drain freely. james cleaned up after himself. he exemplified professionalism; plus he was friendly and explained what he was doing.

Tom Fennig came and did the estimate as well as the job which I liked because you didn't have to explain everything twice. Tom was very punctual and professional at both visits. He had an apprentice the day of the job who was also professional and polite. Tom did everything we discussed the day of the estimate, he was very neat with his work and clean up and there were no surprises at the end of the job that cost me extra.

I had a new double sink installed in the kitchen and both toilets had new "guts" rebuilt. It probably doesn't sound like much but my house is very old and I think Tim Allen used to live here because everything seems to have been done wrong and anybody who comes to repair anything has to basically undo what has been done before and redo it correctly. The service guy (Jared) was terrific. I thought I was living back in the 50's when repair guys came in a uniform and said "yes ma'am. He was polite and explained everything. After putting the sink in he TRIPLE checked it to make sure there were no leaks. I can't say if the price was good or not because I don't really know what these things should cost but, to me, it was worth it. It was a very nice experience.

I spent about $800 for the new hot water heater. Their work was alright and I thought that their pricing was on the higher side.

I called them one afternon and they came the next morning and were on time. It was an emergency situation so I didn't get other estimates, but based on other things I had seen on Angie's List it seemed like they were priced ok.

Very well -- Maloney's is always professional, courteous, lets you know when they're on the way over. With our water heater, it was hissing and rumbling and had leaked in the past. The plumber who inspected gave us several options within a broad range of prices. We chose the tankless because it is very efficient and frees up so much closet space. They didn't have one on the truck but were back the next business day to do the install, which required quite a bit of work to make sure the gas line capacity was sufficient for the tankless heater. I always use Maloney's -- they're knowledgable, prompt and the prices are fair - not cheap, but fair.

They are fantastic to work with! They're on time, friendly, and clean up well after themselves.

We weren’t able to get our regular plumber to do the job so I called them to do it. We thought they did an acceptable job.

The plumber they sent out was very courteous and helpful. He was willing to tell me what he was doing and why. It was just a good experience & I would use them again.

He was here for fifteen minutes. I had no complaints about the service, but I thought it was a tad high.

We could have fixed the problem ourselves but we did not have the tools available since we just moved in. They responded quickly as we did not have any water. Even though they responded quickly, they overcharged. It took them 10 minutes to fix. I thought the price was to much for the work that they did and excessive. If I am paying for that kind type of service why is it costing so much for 10 minutes? He was professional and he did his job, but I felt the charge was excessive.

After contacting the company initially, the plumbers did not come on time. After calling the dispatch center again, they kindly sent someone that evening. The plumber asked for $50 just for coming out to give an estimate. They preferred to do the job the following day instead of that evening. Came 2 hours later than agreed upon time the following day. Repair went smoothly. Unable to change drain strainer which verbally they had agreed to do. Overall, courteous service. Plumber was friendly. Timeliness poor. HIGH cost. Quality of work good.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I called on Wednesday, hoping for service on Saturday, and they were able to accommodate my time. Paul, the technician, was great. He was very professional and explained to me what needed to be completed. He cleaned up any mess that was made; and very friendly. If I need plumbing work again, I will definitely call.

I can't say enough nice things about them. They donated their work because we are a non-profit home. They were very responsive, personable, and generous. The service techs were very accessible to me to give me the information about the job.

They are a very good company. They always come as soon as we call them so that we don't have to wait. They have coupons that we use and we have never had any problems with them.

Came out and ran a sewer camera into our system and determined the type of sewer system we currently had: Septic with overflow to leach well as originally installed in 1955. Diagnosed the sewer backup problem correctly: Clogged overflow. Gave estimate for the cost of running new pipe from house to City of Phoenix sewer connection, including closing down the concrete septic tank and the leach well. In the process, they determined that we had a thoroughly clogged secondary pipe from our laundry room drain/washer hook-up and they cleared that for us and connected it properly into our new sewer line. Done with the whole thing within one week. Contractor showed up on Valentine's Day morning and we had a properly flushing toilet that same day. After having to deal with sewer backups for over 4 months, and misdiagnosis of the problem, inexperienced professionals, etc. We are so grateful to have had Alex, Jason and Bryan on our job. They really, really knew what they were doing.

We called Maloney's late on a Friday afternoon when we discovered that the granite counter installers would not replace our kitchen sink. Because of the evening overtime charges, we scheduled a plumber for Saturday morning. Brian Gardner discovered that our old sink could not be installed in the opening left by the counter installers. We purchased a new sink and scheduled him to return on Tuesday. He did a great job of installing the sink. He had to drill holes through the granite sink for the faucet, the sprayer, and the soap dispenser. The sink is black and getting the right caulk for it was problematic. Brian tried a couple of different caulks until we found one that would match the sink. There was no charge for removing the old caulk and replacing it or complaining about this. Brian was genuinely seeking the caulk that would work best. This work was done over the course of four visits.

Alex was on time, polite and did a very good job. It did not phase him that I added a job for him while he was here, and the price was reasonable. The problems that he fixed have stayed fixed. I would have awarded all 'A's, but Alex made a mess on the floor of both bathrooms, including a bath mat, and left marks on a cabinet and two walls. This was disappointing, but I suppose it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Just an area in which Alex could improve. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again, however, and would recommend them to anyone.

IVE NEVER FOUND A RELIABLE PLUMBING SERVICE UNTIL NOW.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROMPT...TOOK MY MESSAGE AND HAD A REPAIRMAN OUT THE SAME DAY EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T AN EMERGENCY. HARD TO JUDGE THEIR PRICES BECAUSE EACH CALL WAS FOR A DIFFERENT REASON. ONE TIME I HAD A LEAK THAT REAPPEARED WITHIN THE YEAR OF THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION AND THEY REPLACED THE ENTIRE FAUCET WITH NO QUESTION AND NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. TOOK THE TIME TO GO OVER THE SERVICE.
