Absolutely horrible company with no respect for their customers they lie and upcharge what they sell and do not care they sold me wrong parts and told me once it was paid for its my problem.

This was the worst customer service I've ever gotten. Ordered a brand new motherboard from Whirlpool waited four and a half months with absolutely no notification, finally called to hear that they were supposedly on back order and suddenly 3 weeks later there was a brand new one in. When I picked up that motherboard, I plugged it in and it too was malfunctioning. I asked for a refund, and the owner was extremely rude and said the only thing they would be able to offer me was store credit. Over $300, waiting for months and at the end of the day not even able to return my money on a malfunctioning part. This is a better Business bureau issue

I went to their store to buy an element with a diaphram of what it looked like. He told me he could not find it without a model number but showed me a couple he had to show me the connections on the end. I went home and found the model number. I had looked many times and couldn't find it. He told me where to look. I called the next morning and he said he would order. I am going in the morning to pick it up and put it in. I am very impressed with their service. I would go back again. They are very polite and prices are reasonable.

HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES FOR PARTS. THEY ARE ALWAYS MORE THAN HELPFUL IN GIVING ADVICE AND HELPING WITH YOUR PROBLEM.
