MAID BRIGADE OF ARIZONA

Cleaning was generally OK, except the mirrors were usually streaked and the ladies moved absolutely NOTHING during the cleaning. However, they were flexible about changing/canceling scheduled visits when we had to travel, the lady on the phone was always pleasant, and most of the cleaners were friendly. About a year ago, we had an incident where a newer employee wearing the backpack vacuum cannister backed into my brand-new refrigerator, putting a sizeable dent in the door. We called the company and left a message, but we never heard anything back from management. We removed as much of the dent as possible, but it is still visible today. Despite that, we tried to overlook the lack of responsiveness from the company in this instance. Then, this past July, my wife placed a set of jewelry into her unlocked jewelry armoire in her upstairs closet (which the ladies had no business being in), and the jewelry (worth $12,000) went missing right after the Maid Brigade visit. Unfortunately, due to the company's COVID protocol, management demanded that we stay downstairs when the ladies were upstairs and vice versa, so we were completely unable to watch what they did while they were working. We know it was taken by one of the workers because, between when my wife placed the jewelry in the armoire and when she went to retrieve it, NO ONE had been in our house except for the one visit by Maid Brigade (we live alone, had no visitors, and our house is alarmed and has cameras on the exterior). Maid Brigade contacted their insurance company right away (who was critical of us for not having a camera in my wife's closet), but it is now October and we have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from the management or from their insurance company in the past 60+ days. Thank goodness we had insurance on the jewelry, so it covered all but $2,680 of the replacement costs, which we apparently must now cover on our own. LESSON: buyer aware! We had been with the company for 5 years and expect better support than this. Instead, as soon as there was a problem, they absolutely forgot who we were. They say they're licensed and bonded, but good luck recouping ANYTHING on any loss or damage that occurs during one of their visits. Based on other reviews I've read, we're not the first people with such a problem. In the meantime, we found another cleaning company that costs $5 less per visit, that cleans mirrors beautifully, and actually moves things on the counters to clean behind and under them, including moving tables and chairs! We strongly shop around before going with Maid Brigade, as you can do much better for cheaper and at much less risk.

They were amazing. They quoted fairly and provided good customer service.

I appreciate that they send a team so it goes more quickly. Also, they're very responsive to inquiries and changes.

Ok... a few areas were overlooked initially, but taken care of when identified. Weeere initially told 3 maids would be provided, but there were only 2. They were not able to reach up to higher shelves and tops of cabinets.

Everything has always gone great with Maid Brigade! We've used them for deep cleaning services when we moved in as well as for intermittent cleaning when we've been in AZ. The scheduling staff has always been pleasant and helpful on the phone- and they call with a reminder as well. They are very accurate in their time assessment as far as estimates for cleaning. When the cleaners arrive they are professional, friendly, and prompt. They get right to work and are very through. Every surface is attended to properly and they provide their own supplies (has been a pain in the past to provide for other cleaners) and they are ecologically oriented. We have been very satisfied and we will continue to call on the Maid Brigade!

They have kept the house fur free and my allergies are much improved. These guys are top notch!

It went well, but of course you develop more confidence in a few groups that continuously do an excellant job..

They were good, but one of the girls told me they are going to call me back but they didn't. Evidently they don't need my business. They were really good, but I was trying to get in touch with the owner to schedule a regular service, but they never called me. No customer service to check up on how the girls did. They cleaned the house efficient and I really liked it. Because I asked them to schedule on the weekend because that is the only day I could be here, they charged me a little bit more than what the offer said. I said ok I am willing to compromise. They were a little late, but they called me and let me know they were gonna be late. They told me they were gonna be an hour late and they arrived a little less than 10 minutes.

This was a $129 big deal purchase for four hours of housecleaning. It wasn't the greatest. We had problems once they showed. The workers were working really slow and then I was overcharged once they did the final billing. I was charged too much for the services that was posted. When the workers were there my nanny was there and she said the were terrible. They did not show on time so I called and then the supervisor made it out there to do work. I agreed to pay a little more, but then when they did the final billing it was way more than they said they were. I had to call to get that straightened out.

They were fine. I know I have hired them thinking they could come within the week and they could not. It did not state that on the request. So, I kind of got agitated.

I had Maid Brigade clean my entire home for the first time. They were FANTASTIC cleaners. I have stone floors that look like new after their cleaning. They even knew -not -to- use water on my mahogany wood floors in the livingroom and master bedroom. The mahogany wood floors are now so clean they look like a clean sheet of clear glass is laying on top of the entire room. (The cleaners also dusted all my plantations blinds inside and out!) I am so taken with the cleaning and professionalism of this company I have contracted to have their cleaning crews come in once a month to "polish my home". I am a very, very satisfied customer.

The initial clean left much to be desired and then went downhill from there. I had to have them come back to clean after the initial deep clean because they failed to clean behind toilets and the floor around the toilets, which I had to pay extra money for the deep clean. The initial crew started out with 4 people and by the end when I had to let them go there were two. The cleaning was very inconsistent. One time they would vacuum the couch, the next week not. I once came home to crumbs all over the kitchen counter so they had missed that. By the end they were sending 2 people to clean for 1 hour. My house is over 3700 sq feet and there is no way that 2 people could clean a house of that size with 4 bathrooms, tons of carpet and tile floors in 1 hour. I am not sure what was cleaned each time but I was very disappointed in the end with the overall service.

I had purchased the coupon for 8 hours of cleaning for $73.00. Three ladies showed up and I told them what I needed done. We just purchased this house and I really wanted the kitchen and bathrooms really clean. They exceeded my expectations and did a great job

Maid Brigade team #5, consisting of Vanessa, Rita and Lindsay, did a thorough "move-out" clean on our home today. The service we required was complicated by the fact that the furniture remained with the sold home, so dusting and cleaning the furniture was required in addition to the typical cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen, as well as cleaning 3000+ sq. feet of hardwood floors and tile. The team did a thorough job including cleaning all the plantation shutters and window sills. I couldn't be happier with their service and would recommend them to other Angie's List members. I rated "punctuality" a B because the team arrived an hour past the latest time in the service window I was provided. I was kept informed that the team was running late, and received additional information via text that there had been a scheduling problem earlier in the morning which resulted in our delay. While you always want service providers to be on time, this delay was handled very well by Maid Brigade.

The office was professional and the 2 ladies showed up right on time. This was a move in situation so all cabinets, drawers and shelving in the house was to be wet cleaned. In the kitchen, the commercial Traulsen refrigerator was to be cleaned as well as the ovens. I checked the oven before they started and decided they were all ready clean so no need ther just do the rest as ordered. I chose this company because they use green products as I do so no worries. In the end I did not check EVERY shelf and drawer and that was a mistake. The entire guest bathroom cabinets were not cleaned. Also, the drawers were not removed in the frig and there was food and debris under them. To their credit, when I called them they immediately scheduled for a re-clean and sent a different crew who took care of everything. I might use them again, but check everything.

I recently used the home cleaning services of Maid Brigade was pleased enough to share a review. Communicating my needs and setting up my initial cleaning could not have been easier. Sonia made herself available by phone and email and was patient with my less than timely replies to arrange a cleaning. A date and time were set, the ladies showed up right on time. I left to let the ladies work their magic, and I returned very pleased. They hit all the specifics we had discussed. They did a great job in the bathrooms! I use a lot of hair product and that stuff sticks to everything, but after the ladies were through it was like the bathroom had never even seen hair spray! Excellent job in the kitchen, too! They cleaned around my clutter, leaving it more organized. It took a bit longer than the estimated time, but after seeing the work they did I know it's because they were thorough.

They were very professional and courteous. They were well organized and did a very thorough service and didn't mind dealing with my canines. My home looked wonderful and I was extremely pleased. I don't enjoy cleaning and I was a bit hesitant to have someone come into my home but they made me feel very comfortable and at ease and I would certainly book them again on a regular basis to clean my home.

This was one of the more thorough house cleaning experiences we've had. The two ladies who came were very prompt, polite and professional. They were also very quiet while cleaning which was important to me since I have a home office and was working at the time. We were asked for our areas of concern and they set our expectations as to how long the job would take. They cleaned our ceiling fans, baseboards and window sills (which were much dirtier than we realized). Our house is just under 2,100 sf and it took them about 2.5 hours to complete the job. Would recommend this cleaning company.

Work was performed as requested. This company only uses green cleaning products. They are extremely professional as well as very responsive when ever I have needed to reschedule or just requesting additional services. I have used this company for over two years and have only experience one $5.00 price increase. I have been extremely happy with this company and I would recommend them to anyone desiring a green cleaning company.

I have been using them for more than five years. I have a regular team of two to three people who come routinely. I like that they provide their own green products for the work. They do a very good job! If they miss anything, they will come back to finish it. They offer pricing based on your square footage or by at an hourly set rate. I choose to have them come out for a set rate at my home. I have been pleased with them. My experience with them has been great!
