Magik House Cleaning

i made the appt for 2pm. i took off early from work, using my vacation time, and at 2:30 they still weren't here. i called to see if they were lost, and she said she would call her team. she called me back saying she hired "unreliable" people, but that she would call another team to come clean my house. At 3pm i called back, and she stated they were on the way. at 3:30 they still weren't here. i called again and she said she would call another cleaning service to ensure my house got cleaned. at 4pm, still no one was here. finally, at 4:20 i called again and she got very nasty with me and told me if i couldn't afford to hire a cleaning company ( i had used a living social deal) then it was my problem. she refused to refund my money. i filed a complaint with BBB and she never responded to it. they are HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!! NEVER USE THEM!
