Miguel has always treated me right. I've had MDs come out for repairs and regular maintenance. Each time they are very professional and the price is more than reasonable. I've never had any problems.

Dave and Jeff are reliable and trustworthy -- professional and thorough in every way. I have used them regularly for the last few years and recommend them and their excellent work.

First off, this is the second time I have used MD's Cooling. The first time was about 4 years ago for a complete heat pump replacement. They were recommended by a friend who previously worked in the ACHV industry for many years. The first time around...I found the pricing and professional service MD's offered to be unmatched. During that installation both owners worked on the system and Miguel stayed late into the evening to ensure the heat pump was working as desired. He also went out of his way to rewire a thermostat control without being asked. The system is still working flawlessly to this day. This time around...at a different residence where they didn't perform the install...I experienced the same professional and prompt service. Miguel showed up a little ahead of time, diagnosed the issue within minutes, verified whether the part was in warranty (or not) and repaired the problem within 1/2 hour of showing up. The part was not under warranty. However, the price was reasonable and there was no attempt to up sell me or add any additional services. I have never posted on Angie's list before, but believe their service and honesty is worth relaying to other potential customers. I would trust MD's with any work you are considering.

Dave was very thorough and checked and cleaned the units. I have used annual services from other air conditioning companies, but MD's was the most detailed and I am confident that the 9 year old units will make it for another year. I bought the one year contract that also includes the fall check up for the furnaces. There are cheaper companies, but I didn't want to have cooling issues when the temperature is even hotter. We travel during the summer months and I wanted to make sure the units would perform while we are gone.

Excellent! Called to get estimate on new A/C units. Dave came out to look at the system and said he'd call with the details. He called within a couple of days and gave us the rundown on several types of units and cost. A day or 2 later we received the estimate via email. Made the appt. to install new units. They were punctual, professional and courteous. It took less than 5 hours for the complete installation. The APS rebate forms were emailed to us by MD's, which we filled out and sent in. Recieved APS rebates approx. one month later. The whole process was seamless. Very happy with their work and professionalism! A/C works wonderfully with units being extremely quiet and efficient. 100% recommend them!

They arrived when they said they were going to arrive. They were good. I would use them again.

Miguel Rivas, Jr came to help fix our furnace. He explained everything to us in a way that we could understand how furnaces work and what our problem was. He was extremely polite and professional and I would call him back in a second. M D's should be very proud to have him as a representative of their company. repairman
