Description of Work: Removed roof tiles, |Put down new underlayment and put tiles back in place. It went very well with three exceptions, I had asked for the stained tiles in the front of the house be moved so they were not visible about 3/4 of them were moved but not all of them, which was a bit irritating. On the last day (which was the 5th day) nobody showed up to finish the job, so around noon we called our project manager and he said the crew of two men would be at the house in an hour, we left the house at 3:00 and there still wasn't anyone there, when we got home at 10:00 that evening they had been there and it was ready for our inspection. The last thing was the nightly clean up, all they did was use a blower to blow all of the crap from the roof into our rocks, that was irritating because the first strong wind we had it all blew into our pool, I would have preferred them to sweep the garbage from the roof up with a broom. The supervisor for the job was a really nice guy and did try to rectify my complaints, but most of it was beyond his control and I think their roofers are subcontracted out so that gives them even less control at the time of the incidents. |

Description of Work: Had a big leak in the roof which not only flooded into the house, but also wrecked the upper edge of one of my windows. I have used Lyons before and, so called them again. They were out to my house that afternoon, found a giant hole in the curve of the roof where it joins another section. We were expecting a storm, so they tarped off the roof and fixed it the next morning before 10:00 am. I will only use Lyons from now on- great price, great service, extremely professional.

Description of Work: Lyon Roofers were prompt and sent someone out to meet with us explaining the estimate and our options. There was no pressure and we were told if we had them do the job, it would be two weeks before they could start. They were very communicative, checking in to make certain we knew what was going to happen. I spent the extra money, opting for the insulating foam layer. My husband and I both think it made a difference. They worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up after. My neighbor was on his roof and was impressed with how they did the job. Later that day, he was again on his roof fixing his cooler and said, "Your roof looks beautiful." We are very pleased.

Description of Work: Mike came out promptly when he said he would to give us an estimate on rebuilding our deck. Very professional and friendly. Price was good and he showed us the material they would use. He communicated very well. We were very much impressed and would have liked to employ Lyons, although they did not do deck railing. We needed someone to do the whole package all at the same time so we couldn't really go with Lyons. We WILL, however, consider Lyons Roofing FIRST when we need to re-roof our home.

Description of Work: They replaced an existing one ply roofing system over a patio. Overall, I was very impressed by the process, professionalism and quality of the work performed. I would definitely use them again. My grade of B for professionalism is due to a minor issue with the installer attempting to keep 2 small pieces of existing one-ply and not replace one of the facia boards. The proposal was written to include enough sheets to fully replace the one-ply and clearly documented that any material not used would be credited back - to avoid the very scenario of having the worker tell me that costs would increase. After a call to the project specialist the issue was quickly addressed and the job completed to my satisfaction.
