Description of Work: Redue 24 year old clay tile roof ( 2400 SF ). Stacked tile, removed battens, felt and metal edge/flashing. Replaced OSB at edges where needed. Installed 2 new layers of 40 pound felt, new battens, new metal edge and flashing. Reinstalled clay tiles. Redid modified bituthane patio roof ( 300 SF ). Project took 3 days with a 3 man crew. Lyons is very professional and conscientious about their work. Great roofing subcontractor.

Description of Work: I had my entire roof replaced. They were great to work with and did an extremely professional job. They continually cleaned up and left my property looking perfect when they were done.

Description of Work: The layered roof was completely torn off and foam roof was installed. I was impressed with the way they protected the property and the way they cleaned up at the end of each day. On the days they sprayed the foam they even covered up cars with plastic that were near by the house including the neighbors cars. The workers were courteous and professional

Description of Work: they checked our tile roof to see if it was leaking or our patio roof. They felt we needed to replace the whole half of the tile roof, although it was not leaking at this time but the potential was there due to underlayment situations and previous water stains on the wood, they felt if they only fixed the lower level it would be "like chasing after a leak upwards" after that. We had other companies and lyons was the only one who wanted to do work, the others felt our roof was fine. The worker was very professional, we were confident in her knowledge, she showed up pictures and we understood what she meant by "chasing the leak" but we sided with the majority of other estimates and decided not to reroof.

Description of Work: I received an email reply from this company... they asked me to call and reach out to them on their direct line. I did so leaving a voicemail message and never received a call back!

Description of Work: I needed a quote for a roof repair for a short sale home that is in escrow. Lyons was prompt for the appointment that was set. They are very professional and explained everything in great detail. If the sale goes through, we will certainly use them for the roof repair.

Description of Work: Lyons Roofing was one of the few honest roofers I've dealt with. While others wanted to talk me into replacing the entire roof instead of doing the minor repairs I sought, Lyons immediately said I did not need to replace the entire roof and the repairs were very simple. The repairs were handled satisfactory on the first attempt. | |It was difficult to get messages through the home office and receive return phone calls, but they were all very professional and pleasant. I would use Lyons Roofing again.

Description of Work: Very professional, they showed up on time and were done the next day. I had them install a couple of sun tubes, which they did very well. | |They were more expensive than several others, but they have a very good warranty and the size to be around if I need it. The peace of mind provided by this along with the quality of materials and workmanship made this a good deal.

Said would get back with pricing byend of week. never heard back waited two weeks ---called to find out status--- no returned call Patios are evidently too small for this company - meanwhile they lost ten opportunity to bid on the reroof of our rental our which was next on the list Ironically I mentioned we were not getting calls back from other companies. Was assured they would not do that !
