Description of Work: replaced asphalt shingle roof on front half of house. All went well. As advised and as expected.

Description of Work: They re-coated our flat roof. I have Lyons inspect our roof every year. They only propose work when it is needed.

Description of Work: They updated the roof undercoating and treated the flat part of the roof. Weather delayed the estimated dates for start and they were with other peoples roofs so my start got delayed. Can't blame the company for that I guess.

Description of Work: What started out to be a simple roof coating turned into major roof repair. I thought the price was a bit high but had no time to get another estimate. However, they were very prompt, courteous, and finished quickly. They also clearly described the materials and procedures they would use. I'd use them again, but would just want a couple of estimates first.

Description of Work: Contracted for a complete roof priming and repair of bad spots with a final 5 year top coat. Although company had work scheduled for about 8 weeks they kept in constant contact advising when our job was finally scheduled. Separate coating crews arrived as scheduled and after verifying work to be done completed the tasks and clean-up promptly.

Description of Work: This is a very professional company. They were prompt, courteous, and conscientious. Lyons repaired a roof leak that several other companies had tried and failed to fix. When finished, they did a 10 minute water test. After several monsoon storms, the repair is holding. I would use this company again without reservation.

Description of Work: Due to a home inspection we needed them to check the tiles on the roof. They went up and inspected and sealed some tiles and explained it was normal wear & tear and nothing wrong to cause leaks.

Description of Work: Jeremy came over and assessed my roof. He fixed the tile that had fallen and scheduled a time to repair the other tiles that he found that were cracked or had fallen off. He was professional and very reassuring that his company could get the job done on my roof.

Description of Work: Roof leak repair. Arrived promptly. Work only took approx. 30 minutes yet was charged over $500. I felt the price was a little high considering the short amount of time that was spent on the roof. Confident that work was done correctly and provided with a 2 year warranty.

Description of Work: Redue 24 year old clay tile roof ( 2400 SF ). Stacked tile, removed battens, felt and metal edge/flashing. Replaced OSB at edges where needed. Installed 2 new layers of 40 pound felt, new battens, new metal edge and flashing. Reinstalled clay tiles. Redid modified bituthane patio roof ( 300 SF ). Project took 3 days with a 3 man crew. Lyons is very professional and conscientious about their work. Great roofing subcontractor.
