Description of Work: Not only did they show up for the quote appointment, they listened to my needs regardless of my request provided a competitive quote. They were very professional when they scheduled the installation, they were a very tidy group and they finished the project on time and did a great job!

Description of Work: The inspector examined the roof and determined that it did not need replacing, even though an insurance adjuster said that it did. He identified a minor omission in a roof repair job by a previous contractor and fixed it.

Description of Work: Notice a roof leak in our dinning room after a recent rain storm. Contacted Lyon's and they came to investigate and provide an estimate for the repairs. They returned shortly and repaired the roof and even repaired some broken tiles at no additional charge. After the latest rain both leaks they repaired were contained. I really appreciate their promptness and ability to diagnose and repair a roof leak on the first attempt.

Description of Work: After a thorough inspection of the roof the representative did not feel any repair was necessary after recent hail storm. He said one area might need a small bit in a few years because he saw where water was wearing a specific section. I asked what I owed him for the inspection and was told their estimates are always free. Very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the rep.(Jeremy)
