Dave and his crew were very responsive, professional and did a great job! The demo of the tile took longer than expected, ultimately pushing out the finish date. Mat cleaned off the roof, inspected all areas, resealed some areas. Did a great job.

They told me why there was a leak and fixed that problem. Hasn't leaked since.

They fixed a leak on the roof and went did maintenance on the whole roof where needed. No leaks since.

They came when they said they will. Did a good job. They Cleaned everything up. There were no additional fees or anything. Would highly recommend them and would hire them again.

Excellent. Workers were friendly. They cleaned up entirely each day. even tho it is over 100 degrees they were considerate with start times. the office staff and sales staff were excellent to work with. This is the third time I have used this company and would definitely use again.

They came out and inspected my roof. They fixed any loose tiles and replaced a flashing.

Crew and office staff was professional. Ran late but called. Checked my roof and fixed several issues. I found a couple loose nails after and called. They came back the next week and fixed. Crew spent time checking roof and didn't rush.

I could not have asked for a more honest and upfront guy to look at my roof. My home was a repo with two shingle layers so I had no idea how old it was but I did know I disliked the color. I was hoping it was near death, although I couldn't find any signs of it, so I could justify having it torn off and redone in a decent color. Dustin inspected it and said I had 5-7 years to go and he really could not find a reason to recommend replacing it. How many roofers have that much integrity knowing the customer is looking for a reason for a new roof? 4 years from now Lyons will be my roofer.

The crew showed up on time every day and we received regular updates from the foreman. Although we won't know the quality until the next big rainstorm, I am confident in the work performed and would recommend without hesitation!

I was very satisfied with the service and contact and knowledge that they had. I would highly recommend them. It was $100 for the inspection. I thought that the person they sent out to do the inspection was extremely knowledgeable. I replaced a roof in Houston in the fall and I would say that the guy they sent out was at least as good as that guy. I was really impressed with him. Top notch guy. Very professional, showed up on time. Told me he would follow up with the report by email. He did so on time. The quality of the report was very professional. All of my points of contact with him was very professional and he conveyed a high level of knowledgeable. Just tall around the types of contractors you want to deal with. I am planning on using them to do some roof work for me.

About as good as it gets. No leaks-so far. Crew was on time and professional. After negotiating, Lyons roofing came in with best price. Make sure you get 3 or 4 bids, as job quotes are all over the map.

The team worked very fast, but seems to have maintained quality. I was impressed with some of the special touches, like adding flashing where there was none from the builder because the area was prone to water damage. Additionally, they rearranged my tiles to minimize water damage, and to direct water away from the underlayment. They only came in about $350 over their estimate because of wood they really couldn't tell needed replacing. I was happy about that. The only issues I had were 1) they didn't treat my American flag very well - it was on the ground and in the mud, and then they hung it back up that way; and 2) the walk-around wasn't very comprehensive, and seemed kind of outside the process. The team was very good about cleaning up the large amount of debris each day, but our puppy is finding a lot of stuff in the yard to chew on -- one of which was a rusty nail.

Art did an exceptional job finding and documenting with pictures items on our tile roof that needed attention i.e. fixing flashing, caulking around vents. He explained what he did and answered all our questions. Very professional.

The project went very well. I hesitated at first to use Lyons, until I learned they also had a full office and crews in the Tucson area as well as Phoenix. Their sales person/estimator really closed the deal with his professionalism, patience, and the fact that after looking over my property and summarizing what I needed he sat in his truck for nearly an hour and compiled a quote right then and there. And the price was very reasonable compared to other contractors I'd already had estimate. Regarding the project, with any construction project of this size there are always variables; surprises found as existing materials are removed & repaired, weather, etc. What made the difference with Lyons is they always kept at it; always communicated and kept in touch. They had a PM in Tucson (Art) assigned who kept on top of all the crews and responded to me quickly anytime I had questions. In the end they took care of every detail and made sure I was fully satisfied with the job before collecting final payment. Their crews were very good, but in the end great customer service makes the real difference. I would definitely use Lyons again.

A portion of my roof was leaking. Dustin came out to do the estimate. He provided pictures of the damage to the roof as well as an explanation of the scope of work. The roofers arrived right on time. They also kept me informed of the progress and provided pictures of the work in progress and when the job was finished. When it comes time to get additional roofing done, I'll choose Lyons. Thank you!!!

They did not do any work for us, but the inspection was good. They were very timely. They were very thorough. They took about 20 pictures of old different things they saw, spent time going through it all with us, and walked around the roof line just going over all that. They had a brochure that they left with us. It had samples in it. They showed us samples of different choices we had. They had them in their truck. The guy was just very nice. He seemed to really know his stuff. So, it was a great experience. We just did not have the financing and we did not have the money to do that at that time.

It went very well. They did a really good job.

They were fast, efficient, and detail orientated. Very happy not only with the final result, but with the communication and professionalism demonstrated by the entire Lyons team. From their field rep, office scheduler and the workers who showed up to do the work. Very neat, cleaned up everything: even raked the rock to a perfectly smooth surface after their work each day. I am a very impressed and satisified customer!

estimator came out to give us a quote and told us he would have an estimate quickly. The quote never came and they did not return our call for information.

The estimator was on time and dressed appropriately . He was very friendly. When he went on the roof to check out the damage that's all he did. He did not checkout the rest of the roof to see if anything else needed repair. He told me that it would cost a baseline of $375.00. He asked me when they could start. I replied " I was looking for an estimate". The part that I was disappointed in was he did not give me a written estimate of what his company was going to do. I think it was too much effort on his part. I know that Lyons roofing is a large company and this was a small job then the rep should have said they do not do small jobs. It was a waste of his and my time.
