Lyons Roofing

Description of Work: I called for a quote and was told the someone would call to make an appointment. I'm now on the fourth business day and no one has called. Not the customer service I expect from a provider.

Description of Work: Just an estimate, only wanted fascai board replaced gave me an estimate on replacing broken tiles and a few other things. Was too much cannot afford that right now.

Description of Work: I had bids for a completely new roof before undergoing an extensive remodel. Fast response, extremely knowledgable, and competitive on pricing. When the time comes the plans are finalized I will not hesitate to contact them again.

Description of Work: I got several quotes from different roofing companies. Although I did not use Lyons Roofing, I found the representative that came to our house congenial, professional and generally helpful. Although they were not the least expensive, they were not the most expensive either. Lyons Roofing would have been my second choice and our first choice was a friend of my husband's which had much to do with our selection.

Description of Work: minor roof repair and cleaning. Quote and final price were exact and both the individual who did the estimate and the one who did the work werer on time if not early and I was very pleased with the result . I will use them if needed in the future, I had an estimate from them for the same type of work 9 months earlier but the estimate was 700 dollars higher with some additional work that I had not requested that was suggested. I waited and did the estimate again with specific questions related to the suggested work from the first estimate and the second guy told me there was no need for the additional work that the roof looked to be in good shape. Glad I waited and did the second estimate several months later. I don't think they were doing anything other than suggesting work for the future. this was a very small job and not many places will bother so I was very pleased with their service. I also used them on my Mother in laws house for some extensive work to repair a leak, did a nice job

Description of Work: We used this company to reroof our home after the hail storm in October 2010 in Phoenix. We were very pleased with all aspects of the service, from the first phone call to the final inspection. Their bid was not the lowest, but I do not mind paying a little extra for a job well done and peace of mind.

Description of Work: We contacted Lyons Roofing to inspect our shake cedar roof, which is original to our 25+ year old house. Because of the nature of wooden shakes, they opted to not walk on the roof but did a visual inspection and looked at the inside of our attic as well. We were told that our roof was in very good condition and that it should last a while longer. Wow, what a wonderful piece of news! Lyons Roofing is not only prompt, they are honest! We will call them to inspect again in a few years and when the roof needs to be replaced Lyons Roofing will get the job!

Description of Work: E-mailed them one day, they called the next. Very polite & professional. Unfortunately, owing to the recent hailstorm, they could not accomodate my time frame.

Description of Work: This company did our roof recently. We got three estimates and they were on the high side, but were providing more for the $. Very responsive, cleaned up well (we could hardly tell the roof was worked on), and added in some bird protection along the edge of our roof. We have a flat roof.

Description of Work: REQUESTED ESTIMATE OF A ROOFING SERVICE CALL AND REPAIR. THEY GOT BACK TO ME PROMPTLY AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. ALTHOUGH I DID NOT HIRE THEM TO DO THE JOB, THEY SEEMED TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE.
