Lyons Roofing

You would think that a company with such a good reputation and reviews would pay more attention to their completed work. Unfortunately, this company chose to focus on getting the work done quickly without paying attention to details. So for us, after work was completed and paid for, we had a roof with the wrong size vent cap and mudball that were not noticed by the inspection team after work was completed. Replacement tile that we were told had to be ordered from a catalog (sight unseen) (and how good is the ability to judge color from a magazine) didn't actually match the color scheme. Instead of being a red or pinkish gray, the tile was brown - which is not acceptable to our HOA. And so because we didn't demand to see the tile comparison between old and new tile, and because we believed the sales person when told us "it would be the best match" we now have to pay someone to paint this tile. Also, when we took a look at the attic after the fact, it is in a complete shambles. It looks like a storm blew inside the attic. And, to add more to our plate, a home inspector next door to us just noticed recently that there's a missing roof tile on the front porch elevation, which he says will lead to a leaking roof if not replaced soon. So all of these reviews that say how great Lyons roofing is - my warning to you all is to have someone watch them closely, don't pay until you get up on the roof and walk through with a home roofing inspector. That way, because money talks folks, they will actually fix the problems they caused and not turn their backs on you after the fact. Better yet, maybe hire a better company to do the work - one that will actually stand by their work and not make excuses and abandon you. Shame on you Lyons Roofing. I will continue to let everyone what a lousy company you actually are.
