+ 2 moreOn the first job, Ms. Lucy met the women who were to clean the house, and went over everything that was to be done. The work was completed on time and much to my satisfaction. One time I was home, the other I was not. The women were hard-working and accomplished all that was asked of them. I would recommend this company and I will used them again, myself!
Description of Work: Twice used their services: First time was 1600 sq.ft. whole house deep clean; and second was a month later for 'regular' service. The deep clean was a big job: windows washed, doors wiped down; heavy vacuum work and two baths. This was a home of smokers and pets. I was extremely pleased with the service provided.

+ -1 moreI have been using them for about 3 years. I don't know what city they are located in because I just leave a check. They have only missed an appointment one time in 3 years so there are no problems there. They come once every 2 weeks. Their price is pretty reasonable compared to other companies. They do a decent job of cleaning. They are not the best but based on what I am paying them, it is fine. Usually the people who actually come to clean the house have limited English skills, but Lucy, the main contact, speaks English just fine. Language is a problem. Usually it is the same person that comes to your house, but not always. If there is any type of trust issues with different people coming to the house, it could be an issue. She charges us per visit.
