LSV LANDSCAPING

Overall, the work was fair to poor. Pruning work was good, but weed control, especially in the lawn, was very poor. On last semi-monthly service, the sprinkler was set to operate at mid-day. On a previous visit, a landscape spotlight was apart, the glass window and its retaining ring were left lying on the granite, next to the light. Although my agreement was to have my work done semi-monthly, LSV frequently failed to appear and I had to phone them, to get them to return. Later, I took to scheduling the date of their next visit, but even this did no good. Their unreliability is the MAJOR flaw in their service. I don't want to have to concern myself monitoring LSV, to be sure they show up on schedule.

So far as I could determine, LSV did very good work. The problem is that, despite prior agreements about the time of next service visit, he would never come unless I phoned him to ask why he hadn't shown up. He would then come the same or the next day. I called him last on Monday, Oct. 16. He came the next day to turn off the watering system in preparation for work he had planned for the next day, Wednesday. He failed to return for the rest of the week. It's unfortunate, but Mr. Velazquez seems to be incapable of setting up and adhering to a schedule. My own need is for a reliable landscaper who will perform all necessary work without constant concern and monitoring on my part. Mr. Velazquez speaks excellent English and appeared to understand and agree to this request, but he, nonetheless, has consistently failed to do this.
