+ -1 moreDon't have a trainee take your order, I'm not sure how to buy doors again I called them several times to fix it and they did finally.
Description of Work: I bought a light for my kitchen, they had a trainee putting the order in the computer, they seasoned employee helping him asked me if I wanted bulbs for this light, I told him yes and that I wanted it installed. They installed it but didn't bring the bulbs, I went back to the store and they want me to pay $35 dollars to have the bulbs put in. They wanted me to pay for their mistake!!! I bought front doors from them, I had them installed, the windows began to fall out after 6 months, it took another year after the windows began to fall out that they replaced the doors! I don't know how other stores are but this one sucks!!

+ -1 moreThey were very nice. Obviously they contract out to a third party, but I was able to get an experience. I would surely tell others about this company. I definitely would use this company in the future and I would specify that I want the same installer whose name is Troy.
Description of Work: I had a patio door put in last Tuesday by Lowe's. They replaced the patio door, took out the old one and put in a new one.
