Description of Work: I contacted Lorena's House Cleaning at the end of summer 2011. Lorena came to the house with our cleaner. She introduced us to her and toured the house. Provided us a quote for a bi-weekly cleaning service. I have not seen or heard from Lorena since that first meeting. Our cleaning lady is very courteous and punctual. She is very nice. But, the quality of the cleaning is fair. She does not pay attention to the details. Does not move items on the counter and clean behind or underneath. The base boards, paintings on the wall and fixtures are missed and quite dusty now. The part that I am frustrated with most, is that the owner of the business has yet to call me and check to see how her employee is performing. It speaks to me that she does not care about her business. I am in the process of looking for another cleaning service.

Description of Work: Lorena and her team have been coming once every other week to clean my house for the last year. They are all very friendly and trustworthy. Lorena is very flexible, so if you have to move the day/time around, she works you in. Price is very reasonable and she is very amendable to extra requests that I give her such as vacuuming my couch (dog hair). I have recommended Lorena and the team to my friends and family.

+ -1 moreLorena and her team of 3 arrived promptly and immediately got to work. It took them about 2.5 hrs. to clean my 1500 sq. ft. home. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They did a good job, especially on the windows, arcadia doors and kitchen area. Some of the wall areas could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly.
Description of Work: I hired Lorena to thoroughly clean my vacant rental home. I wanted windows, floors, walls & kitchen and bath cabinets cleaned.

+ -1 moreHer crew is wonderful. Over the years, her crew has never missed a cleaning, works around our schedule when we have asked and her price is exceedingly reasonable. We've never had any breakage or anything missing, and they do really good work. They will do extra cleaning if asked (for example, when we moved, they thoroughly cleaned our new house before we moved anything in, and they thoroughly cleaned our old house after we moved everything out.) Lorena has my highest recommendation!
