Arrived on time Brian & Asher were fabulous. They were so careful with all my things. I really feel like they are the best moving company in Portland.

I never used them. I saw that they have very high rates but they have the most expensive quote that I got of anybody. They quoted me for $14800 for a cross-country move. I did get another one for $11000 and everybody else was for $9000 or less. They were friendly and they were quick to get back.

Initiation of service was fine, after pickup communication was hard.

Nick, David and Nicola showed up on a wet cold day and promptly loaded all our boxes and furniture into their truck. The crew was very professional and efficient in completing the job. Great care was taken to protect our belongings as well as protect the house as they moved things out. Besides being professional and efficient, each of the crew members were very polite and friendly. We would highly recommend this crew and this company to anyone needing such services.

The two main guys that stayed with us through the whole move were Brian and Dave. They were extremely careful and very easy to work with. We had no casualties of any value (1 broken flower pot) which they were serious about paying for. They were fast, thorough and a joy to work with. They did the move in the time agreed upon even though one of their trucks lost it's transmission in Seattle so they had to rent another truck to fit all of our belongings. They did this quickly and got things going in the time they had agreed to. I can't say enough good things about this company. They even came in a little under their estimated price. They are simply the best. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Terrific. This fellow did everything as perfectly as possible. The tree they moved up a staircase was awesome.

I made an appointment a few weeks in advance. I emailed a few days prior to reconfirm. They were very prompt in their response. I got a call from them when they were on their way and they showed up a few minutes early. Both of the guys were polite and accomodating. I had to be at my new home by 2 to meet Comcast and they were able to finish at the apt by 130 so it worked out beautifully. Nothing was too much of an effort. I asked them to put a piece of heavy furniture in one spot then changed my mind and had them move it to another. The only very small glitch was that I had more stuff than the movers expected. When I made the appointment I told them that I was in a 648 sq foot apt but had many boxes from my 1100 sq foot home so the move would not be typical of 648 sq feet. The truck was packed and it was a lot for 2 guys. The impact was on them rather than me so I wouldn't mark off on it. Will definately recommend them to others

The guys were super efficient, friendly and did a great job! We had a super heavy Eucalypti and they worked hard to get it upstairs.

It was suggested an estimator visit to confirm our load would fit in their truck, and so we could best estimate what we would need for additional transport, if needed. The estimator showed up on time, and was courteous and professional. We discussed a couple of move date options other than our original request, but it sounded like our original date would be the best, as he said it was available. He said he would call the office to relay our information, and they would send a contract. Five minutes later the office called, again very nice person, but they informed me that they did NOT have any service available on the date(s) we needed. We understand that this is an extremely busy time for people to move. But if there was the possibility that we could not be moved on our requested date, then we should have been told that when we first made contact - we should not have been told that a crew was available that date, if they were not. If a signed contract was needed, with deposit, before they could set a date, then they should have told us that initially as well, rather than saying repeatedly they could move us on certain date, and then telling us that they have no available crew. Alternate dates were offered, but they were after our house closed, and the new buyer was scheduled to move in. We are now in the very uncomfortable and extremely stressful situation of being one week from our move, and having to scramble to find a company who can move all of our belongings. To say we are disappointed, and astonished, would be putting it mildly. We wish others better success than we experienced.
