Long Distance Moving - All Service Moving

Few items damaged. Needed to finish assembling some items.

It went really well, the two movers were fast. At first I was worried about them disassemble and assemble the bed, but they did an excellent job. It was completely within 6 hours (which was the amount of time I purchased). Definitely would recommend them.

They were wonderful! They arrived right on schedule and efficiently loaded up the truck. They then drove it to her new residence in Oregon and almost got there before we did!

I was very disappointed. On the day of service I was called and asked to pay for an additional man to support my move which I didn't need but they offered it and continued to push it because they had no work for this employee. I requested that they move the big items (furniture) first, they didn't honor my request. They left furniture items which is what I hired them to move. They focused on moving the boxes which was the low priority but "easier" for them. Some of the furniture they did move they damaged, I have dings and marks that were not there before on several items. They had the nerve to call me the day after to request more money because they said they went over my allotted time which was a joke. They said they would send me paperwork to file my claim which they never did. I wouldn't recommend these jokers to anyone!

OMG, this was the best thing I ever spent money on. Seriously. The night before, I arrived at the house (my son and his wife), and had almost immediately panic attacks that the truck we had rented might not be big enough. Calvin and Scott showed up and immediately went to work. They were very polite, professional and thorough. They moved all the neatly packed boxes and all the not-so-neatly done bits and somehow managed to "Tetris" them into the back of the truck. Not a lot of room to spare, but hey, they got it all in. I booked them for 12 hours (6 hours each), and they were done in just over 3. Worth every penny and more. Would definitely recommend.

From initial phone contact to final move-in, I can't say enough good things about the move. I contacted All Service Moving on Friday afternoon, and Nick was able to schedule a move for the following Tuesday. Royce and David showed up exactly on time; they were friendly and efficient, getting their truck loaded with my furniture right away, while at the same time being careful to wrap everything properly. At the destination, they unloaded the furniture carefully throughout the house. (some to the garage, some to the basement, some to the first floor, and a massive wooden dresser to the second floor around a tiny winding staircase) I will definitely use All Service Moving in the future, and I recommend you do too.

It is hard to provide ratings for a company with which I only had one phone call, but I felt their approach was so completely unsatisfactory, they merited the ratings I gave them. Also, the approximate cost was based on the very vague, iffy estimation provided - see my comments below. I spoke with Emily and asked about getting an estimate to ship/move our goods from the Seattle area to the Irvine, Calif. vicinity. I was told their company does not do on site estimates. Instead, Emily asked me for a general description of my home's size and types of rooms from which items would be moved. She then told me that the company charges a flat rate for a truck, $7500, and she said it sounded like our goods would take more than one truck, and thus another $7500 whether or not we needed a complete second truck. She suggested we could just rent a U-Haul ourselves to take what didn't fit in the first truck and her movers would load and unload that vehicle. The determination of the need for this additional hauling capacity would happen on moving day after the driver did a walk through of our home. Upon hearing the above, I/we chose not to engage this company to move us.

Movers were on time, friendly & professional, and did a great job of being patient and helpful in moving our unorganized packing. It took the entire day, but they were positive and professional the entire time. Great job! Would highly recommend.

We had a team of two (Nick & Nick) pack the house and get it ready for the move the next day. They both worked extremely hard & did a great job. On Friday, we had a crew of 4. Again solid day from everyone. I've moved 4 times with All Service Moving and have always had a great experience.

Ash & Chris arrived on time. They immediately introduced themselves and went to work. We became much more relaxed. I can confidently recommend them. Ash & Chris are the best!
