+ -1 moreLousy We would rather have the part for the chair ( which we borrowed from a friend for my recovery from two major surgeries and am in desperate need of returning it in the same condition, it will lift person off chair, go to a complete recline and also apply heat and massage) But if this is not possible I would like someone to contact me so we might return these two separate batteries for a refund
Description of Work: I ordered a replacement battery for a Lift chair in September. It was not the correct part for the chair. Since we needed the part right away we kept the original and sent for another that appeared to have all that we need. This also cost around the same but ultimately did not match our chair nor allow for any lifting or heat operations. We have attempted several times to reach this company by phone, have always left our message including name and number with no return call. We also have contacted them several times using the e-mail address that the company provided asking for at the very least a conversation. Never a return
