Was interested in using thier services and called first to verify availability. Person was polite and helpful and ready to schedule everything over the phone and then when I explained that I was going to use Angie's List deal i was informed that they will not honor the date they just agreed to and that I had to fill out a web form. No problem with the internet form on my end but I thought it was sort of a bait n switch to receive the date and then tell me its not available anymore because I wanted to use the Angie's List deal. This is the reson I called first and glad I did. I will not use or recommend them in the future based on this and the other poor cleaning experience reports from other members.

The Angie's List deal specifically stated that you had to submit the web "request a service" form so that your request could be sent to the correct person that schedules those deals. When you called, you spoke to our call center which answers our phones after hours or when we are on the phone. They have no way of knowing what the Angie's List deal terms are and do not have authority or access to the schedule for any of the Angie's List deals. If you had spoken to our sales rep. in our office we would have been able to check availability prior to you buying the deal. The deal did say it is subject to availability and service area. These are really inter-office issues and they have nothing to do with a "bait-n-switch". Our answering service can only schedule regular price cleanings, not any free cleanings, charity cleanings, special deals or pre-paid vouchers. This is why we specified in our terms if you bought the deal, to submit the service request form and the appropriate sales representative would contact you. It is very disappointing that you tried to schedule a cleaning prior to buying the deal and then was upset when told you had to submit the form. We can only put 4 hour- $80 deals on certain days in certain areas of the Valley. What really is concerning is that you would give us an "F" rating when you never used our services and didn't follow the terms of the deal and then justify it because of other bad ratings. This makes no sense. You saw the ratings and was willing to buy the deal anyways, but because you didn't submit the form and then was upset because our answering service couldn't schedule you, only then do you give us a bad rating. Wow. That is kind of like getting mad at a restaurant because they won't give you their "Happy Hour" deal when it is not "Happy Hour" and then giving them a bad review that their food is bad because you saw another customer post a review that they thought their food was bad, even though you never ate the food. What kind of experience and reliable review is that?

They (Claudia and ?) arrived promptly as scheduled. After seeing the areas that were my top priority, the asked a couple of questions to clarify my preferences and set to work immediately. Both worked very hard and accomplished more than I had hoped or anticiapted. They were fast and thorough. I am impressed with their work and professionalism. Four days later I continue to notice little things that they accomplished (cleaned) that I didn't initally recognize and I am thrilled with each discovery.

I'm very pleased with Life Maid Easy. The day before the service, they call me with an ETA window of 60 minutes. I've been using them since June 2010 and they have never been late. If I need to change my scheduled cleaning day, they are very accomodating to fit my schedule. The crew is thorough, polite and efficient...plus I love how clean my house is when they leave. I can highly recommend Life Maid Easy.
Description of Work: General Housecleaning. On each visit, they ask if there is anything special I want done...ncluding making the beds or cleaning the refrigerator. Special requests, whether a one-time request or an ongoing, scheduled task to be performed on each visit, are welcomed. They are very thorough and, with a crew of 4, they can clean my house usually withing 90 min. - 2 hours.

Maids did not communicate Left one bed unmade. had to ask them to completely vac carpets, as they just hit the centers Biggest issue was that 2 to 3 maids ran in, hit the high spots, barely cleaned the house and ran out. We mentioned to homeowner (corporate rental) that he was not getting much cleaning for what he was getting charged. The maid service owner then called us and yelled at us for complaining. She told us that our expectatIons were too high and not part of her contract. She also us that if we wanted "extra" services like putting sheets on the bed, a new contract and additional charges were required. We just bought a new home and are looking for a housekeeping service. i can guarantee you it not be with this company. this woman is customer serrvice nightmare providing marginal at best service.

Member was NOT OUR CLIENT, he was a guest staying at our client’s home for 2 months. We have cleaned our client’s home since 2007 (and cleaned this home with the previous owner since 1996). We were not informed that member would be staying in the home. We cleaned only two times while they were there. On the first visit, the member turned us away at the door & cancelled the cleaning that our client had scheduled in advance. We contacted our client about the late cancel/lock out, were informed of the guests, and rescheduled the cleaning. We did not charge our client the $45 late cancelation fee even though we incurred expenses. The member did not contract us for services, was not aware of the scope of work that our client had arranged, nor did he pay for any services with our company. The member was upset because we did not do her laundry, wash her dishes, clean the garage, and other tasks that were beyond the scope of work that our client agreed to pay for. Our client never authorized us to bill him for additional charges and the member did not want to pay for additional services herself. Our client asked us to contact his guests to see why they were unhappy with the two cleanings, as he was not sure what their complaints were exactly. I called the member and listened to her complaints and issues. I thanked her for letting me know and invited her to contact me anytime should she have service issues so that we could understand and resolve them. I also informed her that we guarantee our work. When she stated she disliked the vacuuming, I offered to send a crew back to redo. She refused and said that she spoke to the crew while they were there and they re-vacuumed and she did not need us to come back. When she complained about our company not performing services that were not ordered, I informed her that we did not have a work order for these additional tasks. I tied to explain what services our client was paying for and told her I would be happy to call my client and get his authorization to add these services. She told me not to bother and she became upset. She also refused to pay for these additional services herself. We are happy to provide extra services if she wanted to pay for them, but to charge our client without his consent, would go against our policy and frankly is unethical. These complaints are inaccurate and baseless. Our maids communicated with the member when she requested the beds to be made and we told her that the sheets she put in the wash prior to our arrival, were still wet and in the dryer. The services contracted did not include laundry, therefore we could not make up one of the beds. The cleaning was based on the home partially used on a part-time basis. Had we known guest would be there full-time, we would have adjusted the schedule, clarified the scope of work, added more time for additional cleaning, as well as charged for additional work. As the owner, I personally spoke with the member and I never yelled at her. She was very difficult to communiate with as she did not want to listen to me or try to understand what services were ordered. She accused me of arguing with her as I was trying to explain that laundry and dishes, etc. were not part of our client’s service. We also did not have additional time scheduled for these services to complete them as we had other jobs to service on that day. The member's expectations were not in line with what our client had scheduled with us. I then contacted my client and let him know that the member was upset with me and stated that I was arguing with her, when in fact I was trying to help her. I asked my client if he wanted us to do her laundry and wash dishes, etc. and he said he would have to talk with his guests. Our telephone conversation had been recorded and I actually went back and listened to the call again to see where it went wrong. I told my client this and we agreed to suspend the service until the members left. It was a very odd situation to be in the middle of, for both our company and my client. Several days later, I received an angry email from the member (whom I had not ever communicated with during this time) in which he proceeded to berate me, my employees and my company. He was very insulting and rude. I responded and then forwarded the emails to my client. I am very disappointed and disagree with their review. We are still cleaning for our client. Unfortunately, we also can chose who we do business with. We are very fortunate to have awesome, kind, respectful and appreciative clients. Many of whom, we have serviced for over 15 years. If we didn't care about the quality of our work, why would we solicit feedback from our clients, provide follow up calls and have a 200% Guarantee? Arrived on time, very pleasant, appeared to stay on task. They let me know, as promised, that they would go over on time, so I authorized additional time/money. Took longer than I think it should have, especially since they had four people on the job and my house is less than 2000 sq ft. and certain areas were excluded. When they finished, I did not have time to do a walk-through because I would have been late for an appointment. Biggest problems were as follows: used a cleaner in the bathroom (tub) that stained the porcelain and dripped/stained the hallway carpet outside the bath; didn't clean baseboards behind the toilet, and dirtied the carpet when they hauled floor cleaning equipment in the front door. They should have realized that the back door (vinyl floor) would have been smarter way to enter the house.

Three ladies arrived around 9 am. They were very nice. They asked if I had any special requests. I really didn't except for what I had already spelled out in the estimate. They started working and didn't stop for 2 hours. I was tired just watching them. About an hour into the job, they contacted their supervisor to get permission to go over the estimated time scheduled. The supervisor then asked me if it was OK and told me what the cost would be. I gave the go ahead and off they went. They had me inspect the house before they left to make sure I was happy. I wanted to hug all three of them to say thank you. They packed up and except for an exceptionally clean house you could not even tell they were here.
Description of Work: My house has never been this clean. The ladies did an amazing job. It was worth every penny. They cleaned the house from top to bottom. My roommate was also impressed. She even called me over to smell the trash can (it smelled that good). That's how clean things were. I've never had my house professionally cleaned. What a difference! They were incredibly detailed. My house is model home clean! Outstanding job!!

The crew was very late, did a fairly good job except they didn't entirely clean our countertop in the kitchen and there was quite a bit of dental floss left on the carpet. They also washed the company car in our driveway and left it all wet and they knocked a pad off our cactus too. There was also no follow-up call which the office worker on the telephone said they would do so I had no idea how much the whole thing cost until I looked it up in my credit account on the Internet.

The cleaning team was 1 hour later than the agency stated; no one called to let us know they would be late. Team was busy the whole time, but poor attention to detail, they did not do a good job. I had specifically asked the phone rep. what would be used to clean our Pergo floor. She said that they had something for it, but the team used standard cleaning solution that left the floor filmy/dingy (we re-did it ourselves). Told crew to clean all kitchen cabinets well - a sizeable drip of spaghetti sauce was missed. Mini-blinds - crew did not remove the film that existed to get them truly clean. Crew sprayed cleaning solution in a way that covered my African violets (spots all over their leaves). I specifically pointed out a shower with mineral buildup along the bottom of the glass door and said we wanted it really clean. They did not remove it well. Would not use them again.
