Three ladies arrived around 9 am. They were very nice. They asked if I had any special requests. I really didn't except for what I had already spelled out in the estimate. They started working and didn't stop for 2 hours. I was tired just watching them. About an hour into the job, they contacted their supervisor to get permission to go over the estimated time scheduled. The supervisor then asked me if it was OK and told me what the cost would be. I gave the go ahead and off they went. They had me inspect the house before they left to make sure I was happy. I wanted to hug all three of them to say thank you. They packed up and except for an exceptionally clean house you could not even tell they were here.

They were fantastic! I called at the last minute for next day service & they were able to squeeze me in. They were prompt & pleasant, & did a great job.

They arrived on time and the four staff members got immediately busy. They asked if there was anything special I wanted and I showed them a brass table to be polished and a couple of other items. Everyone was done as I asked and the house was shining and smelled fresh. We'll see how the regular cleanings go.

The crew was very late, did a fairly good job except they didn't entirely clean our countertop in the kitchen and there was quite a bit of dental floss left on the carpet. They also washed the company car in our driveway and left it all wet and they knocked a pad off our cactus too. There was also no follow-up call which the office worker on the telephone said they would do so I had no idea how much the whole thing cost until I looked it up in my credit account on the Internet.

WE TERMINATED THE CREW LEADER PRIOR TO THIS FEEDBACK FOR SIMILAR ISSUES AND PROBLEMS. WE HAD RETRAINED OUR EMPLOYEES AND HOPE THAT THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. I OFFERED THE CUSTOMER $50 OFF THE NEXT CLEANING AND INVITED HER BACK FOR A BETTER CLEANING EXPERIENCE. OUR OFFICE STAFF RECEIVED A VALUABLE LESSON IN CUSTOMER FOLLOW UP. Window cleaner was on time. She cleaned inside/outside of windows and screens. She did an excellent job. $10/window is an excellent value for this service.

The cleaning team was 1 hour later than the agency stated; no one called to let us know they would be late. Team was busy the whole time, but poor attention to detail, they did not do a good job. I had specifically asked the phone rep. what would be used to clean our Pergo floor. She said that they had something for it, but the team used standard cleaning solution that left the floor filmy/dingy (we re-did it ourselves). Told crew to clean all kitchen cabinets well - a sizeable drip of spaghetti sauce was missed. Mini-blinds - crew did not remove the film that existed to get them truly clean. Crew sprayed cleaning solution in a way that covered my African violets (spots all over their leaves). I specifically pointed out a shower with mineral buildup along the bottom of the glass door and said we wanted it really clean. They did not remove it well. Would not use them again.

WE GUARANTEE OUR WORK AND WOULD HAVE SENT A CREW BACK TO RE-CLEAN THE WORK WE DID, BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO SINCE THE CUSTOMER DID NOT NOTIFY OUR OFFICE AND GIVE US THE CHANCE. I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO HAVE KNOWN OF THIS DURING THE CLEANING SO I COULD SEND MY OPERATIONS MANAGER OUT TO ASSESS."

The team swept into my house and turned everything over to dust, vacuum, wipe baseboards, wash floors until everything sparkled. Wonderful and thorough work. Absolutely will use them for as long as possible.

AVAILABLE ON SHORT NOTICE, ON TIME, QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH EXECUTION OF THEIR STATED PRICING POLICY. THEY CHARGE BY THE HOUR (OR FRACTION THEREOF, OF COURSE) AND STATE THEIR WORKERS ARE TO GET APPROVAL PRIOR TO EXCEEDING QUOTED DOLLAR LIMIT. WE APPROVED A $160 CAP. THE ON-SITE CREW INFORMED US AT THE END THAT IT WOULD BE $180 BECAUSE THEY HAD TO STAY A LITTLE LONGER TO FINISH. GRANTED, THERE WAS A LANGUAGE PROBLEM THAT PROBABLY LED TO THE MISUNDERSTANDING (WE ONLY SPEAK ENGLISH.) I REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE $20, BUT I DO WANT A COMPANY TO ENFORCE ITS OWN STATED PRICING POLICIES. UPON SPEAKING WITH MANAGEMENT, THEY FIRST WANTED TO SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE, THEN RELENTED. WE PAID THE $160.
