Description of Work: Pls note the above date is not accurate as we requested a refund from Angie's list. We decided not to use this company because after buying the service thru A List. The cleaning company refused to schedule and provide service unless we gave them a credit card number. We refused as we did not think they needed a CCard since we only wanted the service special we paid for thru A List. Their policy requiring a C card is one we refuse to accept.

Description of Work: Paid for the angies list deal of 4 hours and still spent a additional 250 and only had 3 bathrooms cleaned. Girls that cleaned were very friendly way overpriced and they move very slow. I had my entire house cleaned 3 times we have 2700 sq ft and a casita including windows spent 225 and they sent 3 girls way better deals out there and on angies list.

Description of Work: I approved for them to go over the additional cleaning that came with the angie's list deal for 1 hour. They didnt mention how many maids there were and they charged me $70 extra because they had 2 maids. They did not tell me on the phone that they had 2 maids. If there were two maids then they should have only worked a half an hour. He said this was implied with him saying "they" I told him if he would have told me that it would be $70 instead of $35 I would not have approved it. I asked to hear a recording of our conversation and that I would be doing a charge back with my credit card company. Perhaps the sales guy was not used to people not being home during the cleaning. I never saw how many maids there were. All of their paperwork says that you are paying for 4 maid hours of cleaning and the number of maids may vary. I don't know if he intentionally tried to rip me off. He was not the sharpest guy and I think he was trying to cover up his communication error after realizing that I was upset. Instead of apologizing and siding with the customer he lied to say that he told me the price. That is when I requested a recording of our conversation. For future customers, be careful with approving extra time if you are not home. And realize they were not willing to work with the customer when a problem arose. I was trying to cover my bases and prevent being taken advantage of by choosing a company who took credit cards and having them call me before approving more cleaning. I didn't want a surprise bill.

Description of Work: The team of 2 women was supposed to clean our house which is a 4 bedrooms 21/2 baths, in a residential area, not cluttered ,of 2,600 square feet in size without children or pets, where visitors were always asked not to walk in with outside shoes. The house was also totally picked up before they arrived including toaster and butcher knife block being placed back inside the cupboard etc.. This team made this comment " We don't have time to vacuum or clean the floor " and after insistence from us as part of the service of house cleaning,reluctantly vacuumed it. We were taken by surprise by this answer. As far as professionalism from the manager who arranged for this cleaning session, he was very helpful and courteous on the phone in setting it up and would like us to continue to use their services, but we never gave him the feedback on how the cleaning was actually performed as we were not happy with that.

Description of Work: The service was for four hours of cleaning. Make sure to read the fine print. Four hours is for one person, two people two hours, three people 1.5 hours. You can have them stay longer, but it cost more. The girls were very nice, prompt and did the areas that I wanted since they were not able to do the whole house.

Description of Work: We purchased 8 hours of housecleaning from Life Maid Easy through Angies List it was a special offer. I must say I was very surprised at what service I received through out the whole process. The sales person John called me and asked me when I wanted to set up the date and what I wanted done the top three priorities. He was very flexible about the date and we completed the task with no problem. Maria the team manager called me a day in advance and told me when they would be at my house. They came right on time very punctual. The team that came in was Carmen, Fidela and Ofelia. I can't say enough of how they cleaned my floors which my house is all tile. Super Job! They even finished early and started working on cleaning dust and wiping off my appliances! We will go back to Life Maid Easy again. Great customer service which I find hard to find now a days! Thanks again!!!

Description of Work: Can't describe the service in detail because it was about three months ago. They arrived early and were courteous and patient. They not only cleaned well but helped with organizing which was important to me.
