Liberty Cooling & Heating

They did a poor job of installing a new HVAC system and re-used worn out parts. When the system did an inadequate job of cooling in the summer heat we let them know (it was installed in winter so we didn't know until summer came several months later). One of the owners immediately replied with quite a harsh response. It was shocking. Perhaps he was having a bad day but shouldn't have taken it out on the customer. When pressed, he said he was one of the owners (has same last name as the person who sold us the system) and that it was our fault somehow. They gave a great quote but now we wish we had gone with a more reliable and reputable company. I would certainly not recommend Liberty as their service after the sale is atrocious. There are so many quality reputable AC companies in Arizona, like Donley and so many others. I would suggest avoiding this company as you might end up quite unhappy like we are.

Liberty called ahead of time to ensure we would be home. They were punctual, professional and had neat appearance. The service was the exact amount quoted. They cleaned up the mess they made extremely well. I HIGHLY recommend

Having spoke to the boss and having got a written quote he then proceeded to pressure me ( in writing) to make my mind up as his quote was only good for 14 days. Got another contractor who called out ( no call out charge ) advised my heat pump was repairable, took it apart, fixed same and added cooling agent for a total of $356. An honest contractor who said I did not need a new heat pump.

Exceptional! I used this company through my Home Warranty company, but I am also going to use him on my other property which is not covered by a policy because I was so impressed with his thoroughness and integrity. This is a First Class company!
