Mr. Vogel was extremely professional and completed a thorough inspection of the home. His report was detailed and understandable. He took the time on the inspection date to walk me though the entire house showing me and explaining to me his findings. Since I'm totally un-mechanically inclined I appreciated his patience explaining everything to me in terms I understood. He was also available after the inspection for follow up questions through email and phone call. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone requiring a home inspection.

I then hired this same inspector, Leon Vogel of Leading Inspections, to inspect properties that I was considering to purchase. Leon is incredibly thorough, much to the chagrin of the seller. He inspects every system in the home and anywhere he can access. From inside to outside, foundation to attic, Leon looks at everything and then compiles a thorough and professional report with photos and recommendations highlighting the problem areas. Leon even includes in his report recommendations to the buyer for proper maintenance of the home once the purchase is completed. Leon schedules four hours for the inspection and has no problem with answering questions or concerns. Leon is a real professional and I would definitely use his services again. Leon missed that the refrigerator was not cooling properly. I contacted him about it and he did not respond.
