+ -1 moreI attempted to contact them several times about scheduling an appointment for the deal I had purchased and they never returned my calls. I finally was able to get through to someone and they told me that the company was no longer honoring the deal. I have now asked for a refund from Angie's List.
Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $124 for $300 toward Concrete Services.

Description of Work: There was a coupon for $300 worth of work for $124. I detailed what I needed done and asked for a estimate. It took several days and when it finally came, it was very high for what I needed. Looks like they estimated normally and then just added the $300 to the price. Lousy way to do business and I won't use them again. They never did the work.

+ 1 moreThe other provider did an extremely good job. I was frustrated at the time that the original contractor did not honor the offer he has going, Consequently, I will not schedule anything with that particular contractor in the future.
Description of Work: The first time I called for a consultation and estimate of the work to be done, I was told someone from the company would return my phone call. One week later, I called again--only to be told that the company was no longer honoring the Angie's List coupon (no mention of that in the orginal offer). I also had to call Angie's List in order to get the offer cost refunded to me. I contacted another company in the area (outside of Angie's List) and the work was completed in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Prepared and paved a walkway from the driveway added a pad for trash and continued walkway to back patio.

+ 0 moreMy original intent for purchasing the discounted coupon was to get a small section of walkway paved from my backyard to the alley gate. Jonathan from KTM came on site to do the estimate and we looked for some additional projects to supplement the work. In addition to the added sidewalk section, I contracted for a half-moon bench to complement an existing bench near my fire pit. I took several weeks to review the proposal, then contacted KTM and submitted signed agreement. They scheduled shortly after and were prompt on all calls they made in preparation for the work. The concrete work was intended to be completed on a Friday, but delays from the concrete company pushed this back to Tuesday. Once the concrete arrived, however, work progressed smoothly and was completed. They cleaned the site afterwards, leaving it in the same condition as found. Overall, I had a positive experience with the company and would recommend them and consider them again for other concrete needs.
Description of Work: They poured a seating bench in a half-moon style and paved two small sections of walkway from the pool to the alley.

Description of Work: I was told by the owner Jonathan that even though I had a small area to do the stamping on - around 45 sq feet laundry room that the $300 through on Angie's list wouldn't cover that. He said that his estimates were never lower that $500. I ended up not using this company and feel this service was totally misrepresented!

+ 3 moreI am very happy with the work, everything looks wonderful, and they did not leave a mess. When they were finished, all I had to do is put my furniture back. The patio looks great, and again I ha not mess to clean up. I will use them again for sure.
Description of Work: 2 Rooms were painted, drywall repaired (puppy made 3 large holes in walls) concrete slab poured for patio. The crew was efficient and very neat

+ 1 moreWe had just waived our family good-by after the Christmas Holiday... and upon returninginside, we found water all over our kitchen floor. KTM responded in record time! They came up with some great solutions to our problem, and made our kitchen better than it was before the problem hit. HEROS IN MY BOOK!!!
Description of Work: They went thru the tile and concrete near our cabinets until the leak was found. And put us back together... better than before.
