We really learned so much about how new windows can reduce heat, create privacy and he gave us a timeline on how these windows would be built & installed. And there were so many choices! One other company we talked with said they wouldn’t do just two windows- but we’re only remodeling our bathroom, which has two windows. This wasn’t an issue with Krasiva. We’re excited to check off this step of our bathroom remodeling project.

I love my new Krasiva windows. I had them installed in Jan '22 and I give 5 stars for both the product and the service. The windows are beautiful and let in so much more light now that I don't need solar screens. Even better, my house is much more quiet. I live on a semi-busy residential street and the road noise has been reduced considerably. The windows are very nice looking, much better on both the inside and out than the builder grade windows from the 90's I had before. And much easier to keep clean. As for the installation, the crew at my house that day was amazingly fast, well organized, had a step-by-step process set up that made the install go very quickly and smoothly. They were even able to deal with the difficult framing of a couple of my windows without missing a beat. They were very good at cleaning up after themselves; leaving no mess behind inside or out. And most importantly they were professional, well spoken, polite and answered all my questions. I highly recommend both the product and the Krasiva team

We could not have asked for a more professional job on our sliding (3) doors and all of our windows. The team that worked with us was amazing, the attention to detail went above our expectations. They listened when we had a question and took the time to explain. We could honestly tell a difference in the temperature in our home once the new doors and windows were in. It was a very PROFESSIONAL install and would highly recommend Krasiva, they are beautiful.

My house was built in the early 1980's and had single pane windows with no real insulation. Even in the winter when the sun light hit the living room window and my office window, the house would warm up and feel stuffy. In the evenings, the office would feel like a sauna even in winter. I noticed this more while working from home during the Pandemic. The double pane windows with the Argon gas were the windows that were chosen, as well as a new sliding door with a built-in doggy door. As a result, when the installers came and installed them, it was an immediate difference in all the rooms, especially in the office. It used to hover around 83 degrees in the evenings with blinds and black out curtains. Now with just the blinds the temperature stays in the low to mid 70s consistently. The AC doesn't turn on constantly anymore. The installers were very nice and cleaned any mess they left behind. They also made sure to put back everything including the blinds. Overall, I'm thrilled to see the differences with their product, and I look forward to seeing how they hold up in the 110+ degree temperatures in the Metro.

We simply loved their product. Their salesman was very complete in his presentation, the front office was likewise help and the installers were amazing. The work was completed early and the outcome exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I love our new windows! We were very pleased how quick and efficient they were.

Krasiva did an excellent job with installing double fiberglass exterior doors for us. There were some mistakes made on the custom finish but they took care of it and followed through down to replacing the door handle. Plus, their customer service attitude was so helpful and my concerns truly seemed to matter. Both, my husband and I, would highly recommend Krasiva Windows and Doors to anyone wanting a honest, and reliable company that does high quality workmanship.

Krasiva Windows is absolutely best. We wanted to install a very unique type of Courtyard Entry Door, talked with many door companies and big box stores but no one was able to build the door we wanted except Krasiva. Greg at Krasiva understood what we wanted. Greg was very patient with us while answering all our questions (we had many questions), he provided his expert advise which we as home owners didn't considered. In the end the door came out to be exactly how we wanted. Krasiva's entire team from Sales to Installation was very courteous, punctual, clean and professional. Overall we are a Happy Customer!!!

From the sales presentation to the final installation the crew was wonderful, very respectful, and clean. We needed a follow up to have two windows adjusted and the were on time and very polite.
