Description of Work: Checked and serviced HVAC system and added Freon. House had hot and cold areas after recent room addition. Replaced several registers with adjustable ones and checked temp and air flow in each room and adjusted to regulate temperature and flow throughout the house. No more hot and cold spots, it is now comfortable and balanced everywhere. Thanks Rob!

 + -1 moreThey experience was very good. I had originally gone with them just for seasonal checking of the unit and stuff like that in the fall and in the spring. Then when the air conditioner went out which was on a Friday I think and they sent someone out that day. They originally thought it was a part that they had to order and were going to put that first thing on Monday. When they got that on first thing on Monday they found out it wasn't that part that was probably burnt out. So, Tuesday they installed a new air conditioner. The only problem was that each time they were a little bit late. It wasn't like hours later or anything like that. They just need to be a little more punctual because everything else is great about them.
Description of Work: My air conditioner went out on me so I ended up getting a new unit from them.

 + -1 moreTHE CLEANING & CHECKUP ON THE UNIT IS ONLY PART OF THE STORY. THE REAL IMPORTANT THING WAS THAT THE SERVICE PERSON MANAGED TO FIND AND SEAL A WATER LEAK THAT HAD BEEN BUGGING US FOR 7 YEARS. IT DOESN'T RAIN THAT OFTEN IN ARIZONA, BUT WHEN IT DID, WE USED TO HAVE A PUDDLE IN THE HALLWAY. WE WERE THRILLED DURING THIS SUMMER'S RAINY SEASON NOT TO HAVE ANY LEAK ANYMORE!
Description of Work: CLEANED AND CHECKED TWO A/C UNITS FOR PROPER OPERATION. SEALED AROUND DUCT & UNIT.
