Kiwi Carpet Cleaning

Cameron was a fantastic service technician who really knew his craft, personable and helpful. It's worth paying extra for the enzyme treatment and teflon protection - they will sometimes throw in a room or two for free if you ask. I was disappointed with the upholstery and did not see any improvement so I can't recommend that service. However, the carpets looked great and the rug that had been sent out came back looking like new. I used Kiwi in Dallas and was thrilled to find them here in AZ. I have put the one year warranty to good use!

I wasn't really happy with them this time. Yes, I would probably use them again.

I have been using them for about 2-1/2 years. Every time they have been here has been great except for the last time.

The cleaner was professional, friendly and punctual. It only took him 6 hours to clean 2500 sq feet of floors, which was great! He also educated me on product to use to clean my own grout in the future, as well as recommended a sealer for the grout. He was very knowledgable and helpful. Unfortunately, the baseboards in rooms with carpet had significant damage to them, including chunks of wood taken out of the baseboards (probably from the carpet stretching machine). Because they use a dry carpet cleaning product, they didn't get out some small paint stains that my personal hoover carpet cleaner was able to get out. Overall, the grout went from black to looking brand new, and the carpets looked much better than before. However because we had to spend so much time fixing baseboards, *I'm not sure I'd use this company again. *The following week I chose another company for our other home, and didn't have the issues I had with Kiwi Services...
