Kirk assigned us our own supervisor for the job who was onsite and available throughout the project. Actual construction went very smooth, even though we had about a dozen change orders. Quality of the work was higher than typical commercial work. Time involvement on our part was about what we expected. All of Kirk's people were very responsive to our questions and requests which helped the project move along quickly. The owner of the company was there for our final walk through, and I felt like we were in good hands the entire time.

I have just had my home redone from top to bottom by Kirk Development of Phoenix, Arizona. I am totally thrilled with the finished product. They did as promised, the design, the planning, the construction, and the day-to-day supervision, making the entire project hassle-free for me. They were not very constant in coming in to work. They would not show up at the scheduled time even if they would call in the evening to tell me when they would come the next day. The work was less than good. They don't do painting work, they did not finish the sheet rock, and the fixtures were placed very poorly. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
