Kirk did my kitchen so I called them to do my Hall bathroom. They were able to match my kitchen cabinets perfectly. New tops and they put in a taller toilet for me. New tile on the floor looks great. It all looks great. Thanks guys, Shirl.

From start to finish designer helped get us started with great ideas and the super kept the job moving along.

Kirk Dev was the only contractor who showed up on time. I was pleased with the design so I hired them. They had been here before and I like what they did. Once again my expectations were exceded. They completely gutted my master bath and bedroom. They moved walls made my bathroom bigger and installed a therapy tub. My closet was redone , popcorn removed from the bedroom and wood floors installed. Everything looks beautiful the custom tile shower, vanity, granite top, all flows together nicely. I've had neighbors look at the job and we all wonder why it wasn't built like this in the first place, Great job guys.

As always, my experience with Kirk was great. They were the only company that showed up on time to bid the work. After we started, they ran into some challenges with old wiring. The electrician explained the issue and gave me a couple of options. I asked that they press on into Saturday (to keep the job moving), which they did. When they were done, they not only fixed the drywall next to my breaker box, but cleaned up the mess as well! The fan installations went very smooth. They first checked out the replacement, and determined the interior wiring was shot. They actually shopped the parts for us to fix the fan, but we went with a new one anyways since the price was about the same. As with the breaker box, they completely cleaned everything up and even hauled away the fan boxes. My main contact at Kirk was Tom, and he followed up a few times during the job. When everything was completed, he came over and walked through everything. He made sure I was happy with the work. This is the third or fourth time I've used Kirk, at two different houses. I would absolutely recommend them.

Company was to have returned with design, but never delivered. Called several times and received no call backs. Moved on.

Surprisingly, Kirk Development didn't even come out to the property to talk in person or take measurements. There were actually three other projects mentioned on the phone that weren't even addressed in the numbers that were e-mailed. The price quoted was much higher than other contractors' who actually came out, measured and took notes. Kirk obviously did not want this work.

The service went very poorly. The technician barely did anything for me. He was not prepared at all when I went to their store. I had no follow up on the service whatsoever. They did have a very nice facility. I felt like the deal was a waste of money for what I had purchased. The technician was professional and I felt comfortable with letting them into my home. I am just disappointment I never received a true design plan, and they did not spend time on the service for me.

I would recommend Kirk Dev Co for any remodel job you are looking to do. After hearing contractor horror stories from others, I was skeptical. But Barry and his team did a tremendous job with the scope of the remodel. I wanted to replace my entire kitchen and had a plan in my head of how I wanted it to look. Barry, the lead designer, spent time with me drawing out the plans to tighten up the design. Everything from cabinets to appliance placement was figured out and their team of subcontractors were great. My only complaint is their cabinet maker that they use took a lot longer than expected by almost a month and a half! Since I was living in the house while the work was being done, it was a bit frustrating. The cabinets, however, did come out beautifully. The kitchen is now the center-piece of the house and, for the money, Kirk went beyond my expectations.

It didn't go. I will call other companies. I need to have the entire bedroom areas done with taking off the popcorn ceiling, painting, and new flooring but it can't be done if I don't even hear back from them.

It went well. The individual that came out with the review was very professional and I was satisfied with the plan but wasn't ready to immpliment it because of financial reasons.

Kitchen design Decent guy and designer Company could deal w employee absences better

Everything went very well. They weren't sure if they could raise the ceiling until they actually got into it to see the layout of AC ducts, electrical, weight-bearing beams, etc. but we were lucky! Our house was built in 1979. We bought it in 1981 and did not like the low (7') ceiling in the kitchen. We saw an ad for a dome that could be built into low ceilings so had that done. It was better but over time, looked very dated and I grew to dislike the plastic side panel of the dome. We've used Kirk Development for several other remodeling projects and have always been more than satisfied with their work, pricing and professionalism. This project was no exception. The work was done in the time frame quoted at the price quoted and it looks amazing! You'd never know the new ceiling hadn't been built that way from the beginning. I only wish we'd done it sooner. We're looking forward to a cooler kitchen this summer as Kirk added one more AC vent and we now have canned lighting on a dimmer instead of several florescent bulbs that give off a lot of heat.

Kirk was terrific, on time, on budget and superior workmanship. From design to construction and appliance selections, we were guided through the entire process, all of their subs embraced the Kirk philosophy, we enjoyed having in our home. An an experience we would repeat in a minute.

I would like to thank you for doing such an amazing job. I?m so pleased with the work you did and appreciated your professional opinion when I was making my selections. I?m thrilled with the quality of the cabinets, countertops, lighting, plumbing and wood floors. All 3 rooms turned out absolutely gorgeous! At the start of the project I truly had very high expectations which you and your crew most definitely exceeded. I would like you to know that Nathan did an excellent job of coordinating the project, keeping things on track and making sure that the work was of the utmost quality. We had a couple of minor opportunities during the renovations which Nathan was very quick to resolve to my satisfaction. He is very knowledgeable, professional, a great problem solver and fun to work with. Also, he kept me informed and updated throughout the project which made me feel at ease. Everyone in your crew that worked here did an outstanding job. They were kind, courteous, friendly, thoughtful and very professional. They did a very nice job of cleaning up every day, hauling away the construction trash and protecting my floors and furniture which was very important to me. I have gotten numerous compliments from friends, neighbors and family. When my son saw the kitchen for the first time he said he had kitchen envy. Once again, thank you for an outstanding job.

I had sent an email that I was interested in having my home remodeled, including having a pool put in. I received a call then next day, telling me they did not work in Fountain Hills but that they could recommend a pool company. I said I had other options. They were very quick to get back to me (about 24 hours), but could not help me.

Salesman was knowledgeable and had lots of ideas, but did not pick up on our needs very well. I also thought we would get measurements and a plan, but maybe I misunderstood the deal. Overall, of some value, but not what I expected.

The gentleman they sent to my home was terrific. He spent 4 hours installing the railing and gate, even though the deal I had purchased was for only 3 hours. I was very impressed with them overall.

Everything turned out good. The guy was extremely helpful and he let us know other vendors that would be able to help us with certain items of the project in a cost efficient way. He was willing to recommend when money was able to be saved. They did a very good job with the service.

He gave me a plan and we did talk about the area being an extension in to a studio. He was extremely nice and very professional. I have no complaints with him. He has designed a number of studios for artists in the area and that was a nice connection to have.

We did not use their service yet. They did not recognize the $75 pre-fee to AngiesList.

The service turned out very well. They were punctual and did a good work. He bought the material that time.

Whatever they did it was very good but I can't recall what they did. I wasn't charged anything extra and they came out a couple weeks after I called them.

The estimate was okay. There was not much follow-up with the estimate which was my only concern. The guy was very professional and did a good job on the estimate. I liked that they were very fair on being able to let us know what would happen if we made certain changes to the plan.
