I am compelled to share my dreadful experience with King Mechanical, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the abysmal service I've received. I called them on January 10th due to a lack of heating in my home, and to date, I am still enduring the winter without any resolution. The utter lack of responsiveness from this company is nothing short of infuriating. This is not the first time I have faced such incompetence from King Mechanical. Last year, on November 14th, I encountered the same issue with my heating system. It took them until January to finally address the problem, leaving me shivering in my own home for an extended period. Unfortunately, it seems that history is repeating itself. What is truly baffling is their complete disregard for customer communication. Despite making numerous phone calls and sending text messages, I have yet to receive a response from King Mechanical. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark and forced to endure the winter chill within the confines of my own home. It's evident that King Mechanical's lackadaisical approach to customer service is a recurring theme, and they seem indifferent to the inconvenience they cause. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and a timely resolution to issues, especially when it comes to something as essential as heating during the winter months. I strongly advise anyone considering King Mechanical for their HVAC needs to think twice. The lack of reliability, responsiveness, and the recurring nature of these issues make it clear that this company is not deserving of your trust. I am appalled by their negligence and sincerely hope that others can be spared from the winter woes that I have had to endure due to King Mechanical's incompetence.

My original review was suspiciously removed. This is my second review warning people about King mechanical and Frank Marquez. I paid King mechanical cash to install a new AC unit last year. Never quite worked right. Frank dodged my calls and texts to come check it out. After 10 months, when he was forced, his Tech agreed something was wrong with the new AC unit. They fixed it under warranty by replacing the motor. They did such a bad job that 5 months later the whole thing started breaking apart. I pleaded with Frank and sent him a video of the loud continuous banging that could be heard all over my neighborhood. Again he refused to come out or send anyone. 2 Days Later in the middle of Arizona summer the whole AC unit broke apart. Frank was nowhere to be found. I had to call an emergency AC repair company who came out and temporarily fixed it. Dont do business with King mechanical or Frank Marquez. This company lacks integrity. They do not stand behind their work or their product. They take your money and disappear.

From the text messages back and fourth to the phone call from Frank the owner. The company is very responsive, affordable, professional and friendly. The installers did an amazing install and they made sure they took there time and did it right. I highly recommend this company to strangers, friends and family.

This Company was so expedient and professional. Frank (the owner) responded to me on a Saturday, came and checked out our unit on Monday and installed a new unit on Tuesday. His crew were efficient and very professional. They cleaned up any and all debris and did it in a 2-hour period. King Mechanical was quick to respond and very kind. I had a baby two weeks before buying a new house and the day we were supposed to move in the AC broke! I called King Mechanical and there was someone here the next day. They are honest and replaced the unit for cheaper than any quote I found.

From the moment I spoke to Frank on the phone I had confidence he was the right person to replace my air conditioner. Hes very forthcoming and trustworthy. His crew was on time and the two young men were very polite and did a great job. I highly recommend King Mechanical.
