Great Job ! Has lowered my electric bill by 50.00 a month

They were there for eight hours. They did a very good job. Luis gave us a very nice proposal, it was very organize and easy to follow. They were all very polite and professional. There was no mess, which I appreciated. I would use them again in the future.

The crew got here at 7 am as they said they would. It took them approximately 5 hours to do all the work. It was again explained what work was being performed and they did it diligently. When it was completed they thoroughly cleaned up.

they arrived on time and sprayed in the insualtion. I did not watch. They were here of a little better than an hour. When the left I noticed a crack in the ceiling not sure if the did it or if it was pre-existing. I never contacted them becausae of the doubt. I would rehire for any future insulation work.

while cost was steep, they were all professional and thorough they came on time the estimated time was a little more than expected but i think that was because were being thorough overall a good experience

They came out, they looked at it, they treated me well. They answered my questions, and suggested summer screens and left. He was there when he said he would be there.

On time, did a great job. They used more insulation than though they needed. Did charg extra, but it weas worth it! very happy.

The experience was flawless, from initial call and estimate to install. The crew worked their butts off and did a great job. However, the real proof is in the pudding: my electric bill declined over 30% in both July & Aug. Great job and would use again.

The job went well and I was very pleased. The owner did what was expected in a timely manner. I would recommend this Company to others.

Good overall insulation installation - no issues with that - seemed proud of their work and did a good job. Responsiveness is bad when it comes to them filing a rebate. Luis, sales guy, said I was approved 3 weeks ago but then yesterday said I hadn't yet been approved. I know it's not his problem completely but I'm asked him to keep me informed; he said he would but I have to call him every week to get him to check with SRP. Also called their main office but they were of no help. Have to babysit them to respond. Also, after installation, they disconnected a wire controlling the A/C requiring me to get service. First they (Luis) said there was no way they did it but then they admitted they did. Would have been nice to have someone other than Luis call to apologize on both the rebate and the disconnected wire (they did pay for the wire though).

The office staff was easy to work with, they called to confirm the day before, the crew showed up 15 minutes early, blew in the insulation as requested, cleaned up perfect, and charged just what we agreed upon.

They came out a month ago. They were cheap. They were professional, I got loads of tips. The service took an hour. They were clean and professional. They swept the entire house. I was very pleased. They did great.

King Insulation has great communication, and their estimate and billing is straight forward. They alway show up when scheduled, and get the job done right the first time.

I used King Insulation of Arizona LLC in May or June. We spent about $700.00. I liked everything. They were prompt, good price and friendly. I recommended them to several people. They were good.

walk thru bid, process was hands off, 2 guys showed up in a truck to blow in the insulation and 1 guy went through the home to seal all others and repair ac duct. less than 6 hours to do all.

I was extremely impressed with them. They did what they said they would do. They made a few minor mistakes but they were quick to come back out and fix them.

They actually did a real good job. I was happy with what they did. I had another company come out here and they put in an air handler, and then I asked them to seal it. Then I could see light through that and so I asked them to come back and seal that. They came back and they said that they sealed it. So when these people came, they checked it out and they found out that they didn’t take the frame away and seal it completely. So I’m not happy with the other company but I’m happy with King Insulation. They were good with responsiveness but they came over here late.

. They did a fine job and I had no complaints. The price was good. They were quick to respond and came when they were supposed to. They were timely, did what they were supposed to and the quality was good. They were clean an efficient.

The sales person that originally contacted us took great pictures to show the current condition of the attic space and the various areas where we needed work. This extra attention and time is what sold us using this company. He also said he would be glad to come take "after" pictures to show the difference. We scheduled the service and they were prompt and spent the whole day doing the work. After the work was complete there was quite a bit of insualtion all over the interior of the house which we assumed was normal given the work done. We cleaned it up and also noticed that they had gotten some sort of sealant on the bathroom counter and tried to wipe it off but didn't get it all. For many days afterward we were anticipating the sales guy calling to arrange for the after session but he never did call, which was a very big disappointment to us. We continue to see insulation in the interior of the home from time to time, which causes me to wonder if there's not a leaky duct still. I had high hopes, however I would say overall we were not as pleased as we anticipate we would be based on the initial contact with the company.

We had just purchased the home and I am in the process of moving. I was in town for 3 days and called them to see if they could give me an estimate. I explained the situation to them, my being in town for a few days, and they made arrangements to get an estimator out there the next day. He did a very detailed inspection and quoted me a fair price for what was needed. The crew showed up on 5/2/12 on time and did a very good job. They placed containers around all of the "can" lights to prevent failures with them. They took care not to damage any of the walls or the staircase and they cleaned up afterwards. Very professional job.

I am very happy with the work they did. The installers were quick, pleasant to deal with, and left minimal mess. The insulation made a difference in my cooling bill. Later, a storm blew off part of my roof and the insulation that got wet had to be removed. After the roof was fixed, I had King Insulation come back out and blow insulation into that area again, on 6/25/2011. They did a good job that time as well. They also installed insulation in my Mom's attic, and she was happy with their work too (that's why I used them).

I am a contractor and I used them as my sub-contractor in some other places where I worked. I called around few people to do this job and King Insulation of Arizona LLC seemed liked they knew what they were doing. They had the answers to my questions and their answers made sense, so I went with them. I was real happy with what they did.

They did cellulose insulation in my whole house. I like their price and the insulation that they put was green and eco friendly.

HE WAS VERY PROMPT, CAME WHEN SAID, AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Were timely, came out and gave estimate, worked quickly and did an excellent job.
