King's Sewing & Vacuum Centers

I took my Elna Sewing machine into this establishment. I treat my sewing machine like gold as I do a lot of sewing. I just wanted it cleaned. When I got my machine back, it was badly scratched in three places, I mean like gouges out of the finish. I was crushed. Not only does it make the machine look a lot older and beat up, but now it snags fragile fabrics I am sewing. Secondly, I was debating about sending my accessory box with the machine, as I have collected many accessories. However, I decided to send it, as I thought if they need to test various stitches, they may need these accessories. Unfortunately, not all of my accessories were returned to me, some are missing. I am not going to try to work with these owners to resolve my displeasure, as when I was paying and talking with the owner, she was suggesting they did their best, but would not guarantee the machine working. (It worked fine when I took it in!) Then she recommend I look at new machines.
