Description of Work: Called to get an estimate and schedule a service. Person who answered the phone did not greet with business name or that it was even a business. Gentleman was very short and when I stated where I was located (Surprise) he stated that I was way out of there coverage area. Coverage area listed on Angie's List is North and Northwest.

Description of Work: Kenny is absolutely fantasic. I have been using his services now for nearly a year and what sets him apart from other providers I have used is his proactivity and responsiveness. Kenny proactively calls me every two months before a service is due to confirm the date/time and make sure it is still ok for my schedule. When I have to leave him a message he usually responds within 30 minutes. He recently came and sprayed my yards for the ani-weed treatment that last six months. I felt tike there were some missing spots and Kenny came right back and made sure he addresed any concerns I had. Kenny does fantasic work and I will continue to use him and highly recommend him to others.
