Asked him for a one time cleanup estimate & told him I have a very small yard & after getting an estimate from him if the price was right & the work was good I would continue to use him again. He told me to text him my address & did not know if he worked in my area. I told him I lived by Tatum & the 101. ( Middle of Phoenix). He said his shop was at 35th & Union Hills. I told him that was pretty close to my house. He again said he did not know if he worked in that area. I then just straight up asked him if he wanted the work & he said no. Call ended at that point. Fifty two years old & I have never contacted a business that did not want my business. I don't know why anyone would turn down an extra job close to their shop to make some easy extra money? No work was ever performed

Kenny is wonderful and the service he provides is excellent! His crew is always on-time, courteous, and hard working. They do an excellent job. When we first started Kenny came out listened to our concerns and told us what he would do, how he would do it, and the told us the cost. They trimmed a LOT of bushes for us, trimmed an overgrown Palo Verde tree and several old guava trees, blew a lot of leaves, and hauled away previous yard waste we had collected and bagged. They did a wonderful job with all of the trimming and cleaned up and left everything looking wonderful. The whole?team was very courteous and professional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Kenny was a good facilitator and got the job done for us. Excellent service provided by an excellent company and team.

His team is great! They are professional, courteous, and helpful. Kenny is so easy to get hold of and gets back to us right away. The first time they cleaned up the yard since it had been nearly a month without any service. Since then they come every other week, on time and on the same day, to mow the grass, trim the trees and bushes, fertilize, and do weed control. They are efficient and do a great job. Our lawn is looking better already and we love knowing when they will be here. The scheduled service makes it easy for us to be sure the dogs are inside and the yard is picked up and ready for them. Not only is Kenny always available on the phone or by texting -- he also reacts spontaneously and gives excellent advise if I have any specific questions. His crew is courteous and helpful and they do an outstanding job. My front and backyard look beautiful.

We've had Kenny's service for almost a year now and continue to be impressed with the level of service he provides. His crew is very dependable, punctual, organized, and they NEVER waste time. My front yard hadn't been landscaped for almost a year. He trimmed all the bushes, cleared out the leaves and got rid of the weeds. It looks great!

We recently moved in to our house about 4 months ago and our poor back yard was in desperate need of help. We used Kenny's Lawn service for the first time about a week and a half ago. I personally spoke with the owner about what we wanted done in both the front and back yard. He told me that they would mow, rake up the leaves and fertilize the yard and maintain the sprinkler system for the coming summer months and gave us a very fair quote. Our back yard grass is now growing and getting nice and green thanks to them. I'm sure after a few more visits it will look fantastic. We have been using Kenny's Lawn Service for 3 1/2 years - our home is in Glendale, and is just shy of an acre. We have been extremely pleased with the punctuality and dependability of this service! This has not been the case with other services we've used in the past. We have several hundred plants, lots of grass, and very lush landscaping. Every week, Kenny's crew mows the entire front and back yards, and blows and removes all debris. They also trim all plants, one good-sized area each week. If they were to do it all in one day, they'd probably have to spend a good 5 hours here. Kenny is easy to reach, and I am able to call or text with special instructions. He has also accommodated changes in the schedule that I need, which is only a few times a year, to accommodate special circumstances (such as an upcoming backyard party). He also has provided good suggestions for how to improve the look of my landscaping by doing more severe cut-backs in the spring, for example. For the quality of work, and the consistent on-time arrival, which is amazing, we are extremely pleased!

Everything went great. The crew did a terrific job. The job was done to my complete satisfaction and after the work was done he was paid. Nothing up front, Showed up on time and correct day. That's unusual. I have waited in the past and no one showed.

I was looking for a new yard guy cause the one I had let me down too many times so I checked Angies List and found Kenny. I read the reviews and decided to call so I called Kenny and told him I wanted someone to keep my yard up on a monthly basis. He said he could be here in less than an hour to look at my yard and quote a price. He was here in 15 minutes, I was totally surprised at how quickly he got here. We walked around my yard (front and back). I told him then that my sprinkler system wasn't working right so he went and checked it. He showed me how the computer was dead (it was put in in 1997 so it outlived it's expected lifespan). He told me he could fix it right away but it would cost about $200. I told him to go ahead. He said he would be back in about 20 min. He called me in about 10 mins and told me the unit was $175 and did I still want to go ahead. I told him yes. He was back with the part in no time and installed it, set the timer for me and explained how to work it. He then quoted me a price for the yard work which was lower than what I was paying my other yard guy. (I live at the end of a cul-de-sac and have a really large back yard) So now I have a new yard guy. He's open and honest, prompt and knows his business. I would recommend him and plan on using his services on a monthly basis.

Kenny came over and gave us a quote, which was pretty reasonable, so we set up a time for his crew to show up. They actually showed up early, did a great job, didn't try to squeeze any more $ out of the job, and cleaned up completely when they left. I would feel very comfortable using them again.

When I first contacted Kenny's approx 5 months ago, he came over within 2 hours to provide an estimate. Their services are exactly what I was looking for and I've been pleased with the results ever since. It's very easy to get a hold of him to add or make requests. I continue to be impressed with Kenny's Lawn Service. When I call with a request, I receive a prompt call or text back. Often within minutes. (I wish the doctor offices were so quick to respond!!!) I also used to fight all the time with weeds in my front yard. I realized I haven't seen a weed in the front yard in months - ever since they started working for us. They are also quick to accommodate changing needs. I am SO glad we hired them!

They cleaned up several years of tree debris and did it very quickly and professionally. Kenny stayed in touch with me all through the process and I am very happy with the work performed. I would definitely use Kenny's services again.

The service is very responsive to the customer's concerns and questions.

They mow, blow the yard. Trim the bushes, adjust the timers to the sprinklers and drip system. Each week they check bushes that did not need trimming the week prior and trim them. They edge the grass. We only have grass in the back so more time is spent there and care is taken to get everything that might blow into the pool out. The workers are courteous and if the dog is out they ring the door bell to alert us they are going into the yard in case we want to put her into the house. This is a wonderful company to work with.

Within a couple of hours of contacting Kenny, he was at my house. He was very professional and polite and even fixed a sprinkler head prior to agreeing to any future services along with reprogramming irrigation timer. Once we agreed on a price, we setup for biweekly service. I will mention that the service is more than what I had paid in the past; HOWEVER, I was tired of having weekend warriors show up at my house to do sub-par work, speaking very little English, and doing things that i specifically had asked them not to so. Bottom line, Kenny's Lawn Service is a first class company with fantastic customer service that backs up their word with an excellent finished product.
