 + 2 moreI contacted Kenny in mid April to see if he could clean up my yard which was in a very overgrown and unruly state. Kenny came over within 20 minutes to see what needed to be done. He explained to me what he would do, the time frame for getting it done, his fees and billing policies. He stated that he would start the next day and come every other week thereafter. Kenny has done exactly what he told me that he would do. He comes to my house every other week as promised. This is a work in progress and there is a lot of work still to be done but so far everything is going great. I am no longer embarrassed by my yard. Kenny is extremely friendly and courteous and does great work.
Description of Work: Hired to reclaim yard from 5 years of neglect. Trimming plants, removing weeds, and removing dead plants.

 + 1 moreThis service is great. I called to get a quote on regular maintenance and a one-time clean-up. My call was returned and I had a quote on the same day. Kenny suggested (and I agreed) to skip the one-time clean-up and focus the regular maintenance on the biggest problem areas for the first few visits. My yard looks 100% better after only two visits!
Description of Work: Regular lawn maintenance for front and back yard including weed removal and trimming impacts of winter frost from plants and bushes.

 + 1 moreVery well. I appreciated the time he spent talking with me, too, about what needed to be done now and what will be done the next time. He was friendly and professional and I like the way the yard looked after their service--neat and clean.
Description of Work: Kenny trimmed the plants and cleaned the debris in the front, side, and back yards. I especially like the way he cut back some of the plants. They look so much better now. He came a little early and he and his helper got right to work and I was very please with what they had done.

He shows up when he says he will, and confirms by text message exactly when he will be there. Unlike other landscapers I have had in the past, he is extremely reliable

 + 1 moreI called Kenny after reading reviews on Angie's List and set up an appointment for an estimate. Kenny was on time and professional and seems like a really nice guy. The estimate went well and we booked Kenny to come and look after our landscaping every two weeks. We had our first service yesterday and everything went well, I actually asked them to also look at some issues we have with geese leaving "presents" behind and they looked after it no problems. I will leave a review in the future after we have had a few months of service but so far everything is great and I would definitely recommend Kenny.
Description of Work: Maintenance of trees, bushes, blowing leaves, everything required to make front and backyard look good.

Description of Work: We were searching for a yard service our our daughter's home that was flexible with their hours and punctual. My wife spent @ 30 minutes speaking with Kenny on thier frist conversational lining out what needed to be done and the constraints that our daughter and husband had on their time. The yard is of average size but working full time and going to school full time doesn't leave time for yard work and it had become over grown and unmanageable and in need of professional help. Kenny to the resucue, he and his crew were at thier home 2 days after speaking and cleaned up the yard and made some landscaping suggestions that we will likely do.

He and his crew arrived a little ahead of time today and now my lawn looks great. Thanks Kenny for the quick and good work.
Description of Work: Mowed both front and back lawns, trimmed the edges, & cut back our lantania bushes and some others. They cleaned up all the clippings and grass. Then they put weed and feed on all grass areas. Kenny then set our sprinkler timer for the correct amount of water to be used.

He has been performing bi-monthly property maintenance since February 14, 2013 and we are very pleased with his committment to his job and the pride that he takes in a job well done! He is a pleasure to work with!! I would highly recommend this company!!!
Description of Work: Kenny and his crew are responsible for the maintence of the front yard, back yard and common area near lake. Included in his service is mowing, edging, trim lawn, blow walks/drives/patios; trimming and pruning of bushes and shrubs as needed, pruning tress up to 12'; he keeps beds and gravel areas neat and weed free and does minor system reapirs, as needed.

Kenny came out and went over all that they would provide with the service and they have always exceeded our expectations. They are honest and give more in service and attention to detail than your run of the mill maintenance company. We are happy with our experience and continued service from Kenny's Lawn Service.
Description of Work: We have hired Kenny's Lawn Service to do bimonthly service on our lawn since the beginning of the year. They have been excellent and our grass never greener. They immediately noticed that we were over watering our lawn and adjusted the water last month our water bill was noticeably lower. We had a tree in the front that was scrapping our roof top and loosening tiles they suggested that be trimmed right away before any more damage was done. They are persistent in spraying for the weeds that are beginning to show especially since the rain. They are also systematically cutting back some of the plants that got frosted as they are here for our regular service. We could not be happier with our choice in hiring Kenny's Lawn Service and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest price and service too.
