I was having some friend come in from out of town and I wanted to get my yard cleaned. I call Kenny and he came over within 10 minutes. He gave me a very fair price and his worked were at my place with half hour. They went right to work and the place looks great! Thank you Kenny for a great job and doing it on such a short notice.

Extremely happy with service. We started service in October when we moved in and had winter grass put in the front. Kenny's team mows the front yard and back yard as needed. They use weed killer and fertilizer when requested, and they trim all trees and bushes as needed. The yard gets blown out and cleaned up. Kenny checks and maintains the watering system and timer to keep the yard watered appropriately. His team visits every other Monday which is perfect for us. My neighbor just asked me for Kenny's contact info, because he sees how great the upkeep is on our front yard!!!

The yard was a mess, having been untended for some time before I moved in. Kenny responded promptly to my initial call. He provided some good information, along with options about the kind & frequency of services he could offer (along with recommendations about what not to expect, since winter was approaching). I settled on $65 per bi-weekly visit. When his crew arrived, they were very efficient The crew chief introduced himself, and explained (again) what they would be doing. They did very well, as my yard always looks much better after they finish. Kenny is conscientious about following up on service, calling to make sure that I am satisfied with the work that's been done. He has also been very helpful in getting my troublesome sprinkler system working properly.

Kenny is very professional and responds very quickly to phone calls and texts. When I first called, he came out within the hour to give an estimate. We are very happy with the quality and level of service. I would definitely recommend Kenny's Lawn Service.

Kenny's team does an excellent job and you will see Kenny checking on the property and making sure your happy with the work. He will also at times be on the crew doing the work. Kenny has been available and responded by phone but I personally prefer text messages and we communicate well that way. During the summer I have weekly service that runs $220 and during winter we go every other week at $130. This year they put in a winter lawn for me at $100. So far everything has been great and the winter lawn looks emerald green and great. The yard always looks great and I have no issues with the service and will continue to use.

I signed up for bi-monthly services from Kenny for $150 a month in Feb and am still using his team as they are efficient, consistant and my lawn looks great! I get notified of my watering times when they change, heads up on winter/summer lawn needs as well as recomendations for sprinker repair services when needed. Billing is easy as they slip it into my mailbox.

I called Kenny's Lawn Service for a quote on winter lawn install. No answer so I left a message and he called back within the hour. Very impressive. Discussed with Kenny details on winter lawn install, the size of our lawn, the amount of seed and placing topper over seed and setting the sprinkler timers. Kenny made an appointment to see my lawn. He arrived on time. We reached an agreement on price and picked a date to install the winter lawn. The morning of, Kenny's crew arrived punctually and began work immediately. They used a special machine to really cut down my thick but already dry lawn. It thinned the grass to soil level ~ a real plus for me. I had already purchased seed from a preferred vendor and provided the topper as well. Kenny arrived just as his crew was finishing with the de-thatching process and spread the seed himself, including putting down the topper afterwards and adjusting the watering timers. Overall I was very happy with Kenny's thoroughness, punctuality, professionalism and pricing. I highly recommend this provider.

We found Kenny's Lawn Sevice on Angie's List. We had bimonthly service for approximately 6 months. Always very reliable and dependable and did an overall very good job. Decided not to have winter grass seeded, therefore discontinued service over the winter months.

I'm very pleased with the service Kenny and his crew provided and the quick response. He called back within 30 minutes after leaving the inital message, came to my home within 2 hours and provided a quote, and performed the work the same day. He explained the work to be performed and answers all my questions. He also provided instructions for getting the winter grass to grow and provided contact information in case I have questions or problems. I would highly recommend Kenny's lawn service to anyone overseeding winter grass.

In addition to the 3.5 month effort (to date) we have found that Kenny does exactly what he says he will do, and does it when he says he will. He is also an excellent communicator who will keep his clients in the loop, makes helpful suggestions and gives advance notice whenever a schedule change is warranted, so there are never any surprises. We hadn't seen our property in a year when we were "informed" of the neglect by the previous service ( BY THE HOA, no less!!!) and promptly found Kenny through his rave reviews on Angie's List. All this was arranged by telephone and completed while we were still away, every bit of it on a mutual, verbal commitment. When we finally returned we were delighted to find our property looked better than it had in years! And, the HOA is happy again. This will be Kenny's account for so long as he's in the business and we still own the house.

Kenny came to our rescue! We had a terrible experience with our last lawn service and our yard was in awful shape. He immediately responded to my call and agreed to come for an estimate, even though I lived slightly outside his normal service area. He started work for us the day he came to give the estimate. He has been wonderful to work with - his prices are reasonable and his customer service is second to none. He went the extra mile to get our yard back in shape. It looks bvetter than it ever has. I highly recommend him.

This is a follow up review, we have been using Kenny's Lawn Service since May, 2013 and are really happy with Kenny. Our yard looks fantastic, and Kenny also goes above and beyond, especially when we needed him to repair a leaky irrigation line while we were away and clean off our dock repeatedly due to pesky geese leaving droppings. I would not hesitate to recommend Kenny's Lawn Service to anyone looking for a reliable and dependable yard maintenance company. Thanks Kenny!

I left Kenny a message and he returned my call immediately. Unfortunately, Kenny is so busy (good problem to have) that he told me he is not taking on any new customers at this point in time. He was very upfront and honest and I appreciate that very much.

Kenny always gave me notice the day before he was scheduled to come out and he was always professional and friendly. Despite having to drive to the west side of the valley he did not charge extra to cover his fuel expense like some other lawn service companies may do. He did meet with us for a consultation and provided us with a detailed price list for all services and he was able to answer any questions that we had. My husband did inform Kenny from the beginning that the Summer Grass was killed when he accidentally sprayed weed killer on the yard (yikes!) so would that seeded as well as Winter Grass when the time came. At no point did Kenny indicate that he does not seed the Summer Grass and it is not indicated on his price list; otherwise we would have gone with another company because that was something we needed done. It was apparent when the Summer months rolled around and I saw nothing but weeds growing in the yard. I figured the issue was being dealt with when I was being billed for fertilizer on a couple of occassions, but still all I saw were weeds growing. By mid Summer my husband had to come back to the states due to a family emergency and was able to speak with Kenny and at that time Kenny informed my husband that he does not seed Summer Grass, but will be sure to put down the Winter Grass in October. We decided to stick with Kenny because he is friendly, his prices are reasonable and he does a great job with the maintenance and my husband figured he would have to put down the Summer Grass hisself when he returned to the states but at least the Winter Grass would be in place and the yard would like nice. In the end, Kenny had to stop providing services because gas prices for diesel fuel was skyrocketing and he could no longer afford to drive out to our side of the valley. We live on the west side, about 5 minutes from the University of Phoenix Stadium.

Kenny was very responsive. On the initial visit he checked the irrigation lines and watering system to make sure they were appropriate for the time of year. He called to follow up after the first time his crew did the lawn.

He was hired after we had disappointing results with our previous provider. Kenny has been extremely helpful, fast and honest. Our lawn is now weel cared for and showing the results of such care. He always lets me know if other things (sprinklers, fertilized etc) are needed before I get an unexplained bill. I wish my son's did as good a job on my other yard.

I have to say, initially I was a bit skeptical finding an online company to help with my lawn services. I had never used it before and was a bit reserved. However, I hit the jackpot! I found Kenny's Lawn Services on Angies list and he is the most amazing person! He is entirely affordable and utterly professional as well as extremely reliable. My front and back yard had a lot of work to be done- he and his crew truly had their work cut out for them!. Kenny explained his vision for my yard and made sure that would be alright with me. Anytime additional work he felt was necessary, he would always make sure I was ok with it before he and his crew went to work. One day there was an issue with my pool's backwash hose, it had split. it was my first time experiencing this and I was unsure of what had happened. Unsure of what to do, I call Kenny and ask if he knew what to do or how to fix it or in what direction I should go in order to fix it. On his way to his next job, he stopped at my house and fixed it himself..until I was able to purchase a brand new hose- just to help me out. I was entirely grateful. This is just one of many examples of him going above and beyond for me. I trust his judgment and experience. I am so lucky to have found he and his crew! I cannot be happier that I was able to find him! Bottom line- they are all amazing and I highly recommend Kenny's Lawn Service!

Very professional service...yard is very clean..Kenny has also been asked to haul off other yard clippings from the back yard which he has done..very easy to work with...

He is punctual and does everything, I ask him to do.

Kenny's Lawn Service came to my rescue. I had received a letter from my HOA where I have a rental, plus I had been noticing my own yard not looking up to par. My previous landscaper had become lax in his services and even with calls, the service had not changed. I did research on Angie's list, and Kenny's Service came up. Soon after my phone call I had estimates from him left on my front door for both properties. In further discussions with Kenny he offered to get both yards back into shape without charging a large clean up fee. He, instead, offered to do it over first couple of weeks without charging more. He also agreed to address the issues with HOA right away. I'm very happy with Kenny's service. At my own home it's so nice to come home on a Friday to a cleaned up yard. It just happens that he is in my area on Fridays! :) He like to check in (mostly by text) and make sure you happy with the service. You can't go wrong with Kenny's Lawn Service.

Kenny always calls me the day before his crew comes to work in my yard. Per my request, he is also very good about calling me a few minutes before they arrive so that I can bring my dogs indoors. Kenny and his crew are pleasant, hard working. When they come on trash day, they even help get my trash bins to the trash truck. They do a good job of cleaning up my yard which looks neat and debris-free after they leave.
