Replaced leaking Gas Water Heater. On arrival Ken asked to see the Gas Water Heater (it is located in the garage), before doing any work Ken checked to see if the Gas to the Water Heater was turned off (it was not off) he immediately turned the Gas off. Ken then did an estimate detailing the work needed, Ken explained to me what the problem was with the Water Heater and why it needed replacing, Ken also asking if I had any paperwork on the existing unit and looked it up on the Internet to check for any existing warranty (sorry to say it had expired). Ken located a new Gas Water Heater and arranged for it to be ready for him to pick up. Ken returned in a timely manner after getting all the material needed to replace the Water Heater. When Ken returned he immediately began the work to replace the Water Heater, responding to all my questions and explained that there was very hard water. Ken completed the work, cleaning the area up in the garage better than it was. While getting all the paper work together, Ken recommended some options to consider for hard water that may help this new water heater last a little longer It was a pleasure working with Ken, seeing the professionalism in his work. I will use Ken again for any future house hold work I may have.
