Tough job. Older home (?92) original owner. Required significant repair, corrective work and redesign. Creative, responsive, excellent subs and patient with new owner. Ran out of budget but will rehire when bank account replenishes.

Mark did an excellent job and finished right on shedule. The city was giving him problems with the permit, so he went to the counter, and left with the permit in hand that day. He started excavation the following day . He was on site almost every day ensuring things went well. He is very knowledgeable. We are happy!

Kelso Custom Builders did an excellent job building our custom dream home! Mark Kelso was with us from start to finish, from the design of our house plans (and extensive excavation) to the smallest of details that make a house a home. We couldnâ t be any happier with how our home turned out, and after six months of living here we love it more and more every day. A great guy, great communication, great ideas, and someone you can trust. We remain in contact with him, which I think says a lot! If youâ re looking for someone to build a custom home for you, Mark is your guy.
