 + -1 moreTy was called out through my home warranty company to service my non working unit. Ty was very professional and very timely. I haven't had AC for going on 4 days. Ty was up on the roof and done within 15 mins. He's a life saver. I will definitely hire for monthly maintenance on my unit.
Description of Work: Ac wasn't working and it was determined to be a burned capacitor.

Description of Work: My AC unit had shorted out and my home was at 90 degrees when I got home that night at 9 pm. My two toddlers were comming the next day and I was scared how long the AC would be out. Tye called me back that night and came out first thing I the morning. By noon, I had a new AC unit and my family was back to life as normal. It was a great experience.

Description of Work: Installed one a/c and two evaporative coolers (one evap was very, very high end). I had the cheaper evap and the higher end A/C installed on a rental. The high end evap went on my own residence. Ty Kelsey was responsive and knowledgeable, promp, hard working and honest. I literally love my new evap. It's working great and has probably saved me at least $1500 this season alone. Amazing. I would recommend this guy to anyone.
