+ -1 moreKale Aire is family owned and run. Joe and his son are honest, fair and very professional. They will not try to sell you on something you do not need. They responded quickly and came to service our units to ensure they are running properly for the summer months. We will use them again in the future!
Description of Work: Cooler - clean pad, pan distributor and tupes. Replaced wires and Sealed with silcone. Replaced Float. AC - Fixed loose insulation, clean drain pan. PVC Trap and drian replacement, clean coils.

+ -1 moreHe is a great guy! He is always honest and trustworthy. I have had him come out several times for the annual checkup. He comes out promptly and keeps our heating and air conditioning unit running great at all times.
Description of Work: He originally put in a new HVAC unit in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. He now gives the unit an annual checkup and he takes care of it if something goes wrong.

Description of Work: Joe Kale and his crew performed routine maintenance of air conditioning and heating system for our 1675 square foot house. He re-charges the Freon and does repairs as needed. He put this system in for us a few years ago as a replacement for our old system.

+ -1 moreThey do a great job of keeping my A/C units working perfectly. They are very responsive to my calls and I call them before the summer months to make sure my A/C units are going to be perfect to handle the summer's heavy usage. I am very pleased with everything, especially the way they do their job. I don't remember the price but I know I'm very pleased with it.
Description of Work: They serviced both my A/C units. They are both 5 ton units. They performed checkups but they didn't find anything that needed replacing.
